Dr. Berg explains what type of calcium to consume and why Milk is not the best source of calcium, especially for bones. If you choose to take calcium supplements it is best to use vitamins that are organic.
In this video, Dr. Berg also discusses how vitamin D is absorbed and why it is important to your daily nutrition.

In the future you have videos correcting the fact that Vitamin D3 does not push calcium into the bones but Vitamin K2 does, the Activator X. Vit. D3 only absorbs it from the digestive tract into the blood stream where it runs around looking for K2 until it can't find it and ends up dumping the calcium into soft tissue. Without the Activator X (K2) bone can not be renewed and decay follows.

Dr. Berg. What is the reasoning behind: "cooked animal meat will deteriorate your bones". I've read studies that conclude that animal protein causes hyper-filtration in the kidneys (producing acidosis), which makes the body buffer the pH by pulling calcium from the bones. But my question is, was it overcooked meat or gently slow cooked meat that caused the renal hyper-filtration? I know that many healthy cultures would eat slow cooked or fermented meats, such as ceviche. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Dr. Berg, you continuously state in many of your videos not to consume any product containing calcium carbonate, and you even go as far as to compare it as eating rocks outside. Then will you please explain to all of us, why is it that in multiple of your products are actually containing calcium carbonate? You say that calcium carbonated or “Lyme stone” in the form of antacids are the direct culprit that unbalance the stomach acidity levels.... yet in your digestive supplement you have added calcium carbonate.
I just want to make sure, I’m not missing something here. So can you please further explain here what seams to be contradicting. Thank you.

Dr.bergs electrolytes supplement contains calcium citrate n that too far less than the recommended daily allowance of calcium which is 1000mg. So it’s actually not calcium carbonate which he talked about. Regarding his other supplements I don’t have an idea about them. But this is what I know. Calcium with citrate neutralises things that cud possibly lead to formation of stones. Hope that helps.:)

love your vids dr Berg..they're very useful and informative..that being said..i would like to offer an alternative explanation about the Polio aspect of this vid..The Polio outbreaks were linked to the pesticide widely used at the time called DDT..and as we all know this pesticide was sprayed on plants and crops
in the summer months which is why it was a summer outbreak disease..graphs and statistical charts coincide perfectly..more spraying, more Polio..less spraying less Polio..the places that sprayed the most frequently and heavily had the most incidence of Polio..it was presented to the world as a virus but was certainly pesticide poisoning..worst part was it was marketed as healthy..because it didn't poison people on the spot but slower during a period of months..I can definitely see why you would make the connection to the sun and vit-f, it is completely logical..but in this case it may not have been a factor at all..keep up the great work..

Fascinating! My daughter and I have been vegan for a little over a year. Recently she had to have a blood test which included a full blood test, despite what everyone says, her iron,B12 and calcium are all higher than they were 2 years earlier...so many people say she “needs” to have meat and dairy...not true according to her doctor and these findings...plus a lot of what you said in this video confirms this. There is a lot of misinformation about the consumption of dairy and meat products, I wouldn’t be surprised if the dairy industry was financially backing the claims.
