Here is a pretty simple Low-Cost Multi-Function DIY Reactive Target stand that has several ways in which it can be used.
- Hanging Cans,
- Resting Hanging Cans,
- Paper Targets,
- Spinning Targets,
- and as a general frame on which you can tack Cardboard to hang targets on.

One problem with the Spring Steel Paper Clips is that the material is so hard, that if I drill the proper size screw hole, it is near impossible to screw the screw in. If I drill one size larger, then the screw fits loosely but does hold in place. So I'm working on possible ways to over come this. Perhaps if I use my Drill to try to force the screw into the hole. I'll keep working on that, and see if I can come up with something better.

Also these targets are intended for BB, Pellet, and .22LR. There is a limit to how tightly the Cloths Pins will hold. Likely any thing more high power will pull the object out of the Clothes Pin. Again, the weather is not cooperating so I haven't had a change to get out and test the various clips.
