@@Melissa-pe2jr A lot of what these karens try to do is straight up illegal. The tactic is to distract by being unbelievably obnoxious and hope that they are already gone, out of sight, before people can get unscrambled enough to figure out that they have been conned.
It is best to deescalate the situation and keep EVERYBODY in place until the security footage can be reviewed.

to clarify 2:54 ( i'm assuming a bit here) a modern door lock has two parts that that can go in to be flush with the door but hole in jam only big enough for the bigger size part. if big is out but little is in then the big cannot bepushed in, the knob must be turned. otherwise a shim can force the latch open... i assume the jam is far enough away that the little part comes open maybe not all the way but enough to disengage the locked big part so a shim will open the door. result trying to turn the knob it doesn't open but shim (like a credit card) will open door

For the last story, my bet is his Dad paid a detailer, to clean the car before he drove back, and a detailer found the little fishy, and got rid of it without telling your father. He probably nickel and dime the detailer and they weren't feeling generous, to tell him it was there.

I cant imagine how could be possible to get search warrant as HOA. In my (pretty much HOA free) country only police ( and similar services) have a right to search someone’s property. For me its just fake story, change my mind 😅

To the music in church story. If it takes you more than 30 seconds to retune a guitar for live, unaccompanied playing, you suck as a musician. It's something you should be doing every single time you pick up the guitar. It's different if you are in a studio or ensemble situation where it needs to be really precise and intonated properly
Yeah, I call bs for the whole story in the first place, really. Guitars don't really work that way. I mean, think about it: Tuning has nothing to do with fret buzz and, unless OP not only de-tuned the guitar but took the time to do an alternate or transposed tuning, that whole "sing in another key" is bs. If a musician can't tune their guitar, they can't tune it, period. They won't be able to tune it transposed.

8:30 Yeah, I call bs. Guitars don't work that way. Unless the guitar already had a major problem like a bowed neck, tuning changes don't really cause buzzing. What may also cause fret buzzing is poor technique, but that also won't be solved by tuning the guitar.
Also, no, de-tuning a guitar doesn't force a singer to sing in a different key unless the whole guitar is tuned down or up. If a guitar is de-tuned, it won't sound good no matter what key you sing because that isn't the issue. In layman's terms, the issue with an out of tune string instrument is that the strings won't sound good relative to each other, and no matter what you play or what key you play in, it will sound like shit.
