Before having the vehicle towed, get a warning sign from the company that has the company name and number on it. Put one in your front window visible to anyone in the driveway and another closer to the enrance to the driveway and visible to anyone about to park. Then take pictures, close ups and from a distance, of the signs having been posted and esily visible. The pictures will make good evidence if needed in court. Wait 24 hours before towing. This will cover your assets from neighbor saying that there was no warning. Ex tow truck operator here.
The Raccoon story: OP is not the jerk, the creature was in pain and had rabies. OP saved lives knowing how dangerous rabies is to people. I don't know if it's illegal to kill a rabid animal. Animal Control never showed up, so I believe OP did the right thing.
The beauty of POR and POFQ is they are the only resorts that allow you to pool hop between them. You can walk (or take the boat when they are running) between the two resorts to swim in the other resort’s pool. This was very handy while POFQ ‘s pool was closed for renovation & again for emergency repairs just recently. At South Depot… the buses are split between the two shelters. One is for Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios & the other services Animal Kingdom (transfer here for Blizzard Beach when open), Epcot or Disney Springs (transfer here for Typhoon Lagoon when open).
For the story of the neighbor parking in the driveway. I would have parked at the street and pounded on the neighbor's door and have them move the car. Tell them you never gave permission to park there and you are not going to have them try to blame you if you accidentally scratch the car. If they complain call the cops and have them take over.
They didn't take the proof to the cops. They didn't talk to a lawyer and where were the ops parents and their friends parents? It could be made up because if someone was touching my under age child and I had proof I would be talking to someone to get that ass hole on the sex offender list
Years ago I was working in Public Safety at one of those " Oh so exclusive" gated communities, I had just arrived for my 3 to 11pm shift, when a cat started to cross the exit drive, the speed limit within the complex is 15 MPH so most residents speed up, the minute they pass the gate house while on their way out to the highway, and that cat fell victim to one of them, it was flopping around screaming, with an obviously broken back and it was obviously in horrible pain, so I drew my service pistol, and ended its misery, ( all of this was witnessed by the chief of my department) and he thanked me for acting so quickly, telling me that my actions were justified, however a female co-worker, didn't see it that way, screaming that I was guilty of cruelty to an animal, and threatening to call the county sheriff, the chief however put a quick end to that nonsense, fixing her with a steely glare, and said " oh be quiet! He only did, what you didn't have the nerve to, so shut up and go home!. That was the last I heard of that nonsense.
I wouldnt live in a hoa neighbor to hood if they paid me. You should have the right to do what you want on your own property!!! And paying fees is for the birds.
I have a completely different Diet, Meat is basically all I can eat. I grew up in a farming family and we had to have at least 1 bite, I love Brocolli and Greens, I can eat Tomato's Onions, Garlic, peppers and meat... Being mean to someone because their body cant handle certain foods is so low IQ... A good host would make sure to accommodate a invited Guest, especially if the Host knew the Guest had certain health related requests.... My favorite fruit is Strawberries, cant eat them... 😢
For the pregnant lady story. how does MIL think that making you sick by breaking the diet keeping you healthy....how does she think this will help the baby. Risking your health does not ever help the baby

I can’t believe a family member would put a pregnant woman at risk by forcing her to eat items known to be harmful to her. Harm the mother , harm the baby. And only the mom to be choses who is in her delivery room. It’s not a spectator sport.
