Good morning everyone!
If you are looking for no-cook, nutritious breakfast ideas, which can be made in 5 minutes, then look no further. In today's video I'm going to share with you 3 delicious parfait recipes with the homemade granola we made last week. These vegetarian breakfast ideas are extremely versatile. You can use any fruits, berries and nuts of your choice. Honey can be substituted for agave or maple syrup and yoghurt with coconut yoghurt for a vegan version. All you need for a great start to your day, is to layer the ingredients and repeat.

▼Ingredients for the mixed berry parfait:
1. Greek yoghurt - 100 grams
2. Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
3. Granola - Handful
4. Mixed berries - Blueberries, redcurrants (anything of your choice)
5. Honey / agave / maple syrup - 1 tablespoon to drizzle on top(optional)
▼Ingredients for the apple cinnamon parfait:
1. Greek yoghurt - 100 grams
2. Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
3. Granola - Handful
4. Apple - 1 (Peeled, cored and diced)
5. Lemon - Juice of half lemon
6. Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
7. Honey / agave / maple syrup - 1 tablespoon to drizzle on top(optional)
▼Ingredients for the peanut butter banana parfait:
1. Greek yoghurt - 100 grams
2. Peanut butter - 80 grams
3. Cocoa powder - 4 teaspoon
4. Granola - Handful
5. Banana - 1 medium ripe(sliced)
6. Roasted salted peanuts - Handful (optional)
7. Honey / agave / maple syrup - 1 tablespoon to drizzle on top(optional)

This is what we all need to start our days with, a delicious and healthy treat!
it is very difficult for me to choose one of these three parfaits, they are all so scenic and attractive to see and for the ingredients used .... maybe it would be a good idea to taste them all three throughout the day, from breakfast to after dinner😊 as you did in your beautiful video, from the early morning sun to the red sunset with the seagull flying towards distant lands, who knows ...
but if I really have to make a choice ..... then I could start with the third parfait "Peanut Butter Banana", even if I have never tasted Peanut Butter, but this increases my curiosity😘
