Wish i had mechanics like these in my country just look at the tools they have this is very clean and professionalism on the next level great job chinese friends
They aren't even Chinese for ffs you really think Chinese people would have this amount of professionalism?!?!?! These people are hard working Singaporeans!!!
Being a mechanic in the netherlands, I find this really satisfying. Your guys garage is really clean and organized. Sometimes I clean my workspace and put everything in small containers on bigger jobs but my boss just starts yelling that I take too long..Wish i could move there
Do you really think chinese employers will give you time to do a job properly?! This is made up for a video. I worked in China and firstly the empolyee do nothing without guidence, secondly they do a bad job in any possible way. Even with a guide they take there shortcuts and ruin the proper work.
That's awesome, that how every car should be taken care of, unfortunately when on flat rate, this would be impossible!! Keep up the great work. You guys rule!!!
These guys are factoring in UA-cam revenue when making these service videos. It’s worth the extra time and steps “most “ other mechanics would never take.
It's how we did it at my last Hyundai dealer, helps get all the old coolant out and preventing trapped air. In the end, does a better job and takes less time to bleed air out of the system.
Sure, untill you find out the mechanic next door can do it for half the price. Besides, it’s a VAG product after 2005, even with perfect maintenance it would not make it over 250.000km
blast nut is easy to do and not the mention ppl paying huge money for that carbon... instead buy machine then u gonna doing every 25k miles no problem* some will ask u to help them u get easy money*
Damm that’s amazing maintenance you bring a car to any shop here in USA they will not even do the service and they will lie about something to rip you off
IF ! Only I knew all the mechanics or dealers will put this much attention, care and pride to get to do work for customers , i will be happy to take my vehicles for service , but i had seeing my share in many shops, dealers and I acty got to work on one, but they won't allow you to pay this much mind to an individual car, and many others will have to agree with me if they had work on this e places as well, so i do my very own
GDI carbon build up, current solution is to add another set of MPI fuel injectors to wash over and clean the intake valves temporarily. Then swap back to high pressure direct injection for better fuel delivery. 4 cylinders, 8 injectors. Gonna need a better solution than that. Interesting to see how new innovations created a problem that never existed on previous fuel delivery systems.
Excellent work and all the right tools. Direct injection not so good. And 1000 plastic clips and fitting just waiting the get brittle and break. Then, "sorry sir but you have to buy the entire assembly as the clip is not available on its own".
This system is much worse because it's GDI. Gas direct injection and sprayed directly into cylinder and doesn't wash over valves like traditional FI systems. But you are correct that EGR damages engines more than without.
I love GTIs but this is the reason why I don’t pull the trigger. If they could just add port injections as well like Toyota it would make a huge difference
Wish i had mechanics like these in my country just look at the tools they have this is very clean and professionalism on the next level great job chinese friends
I copy that bro .. cars who get such treatment are blessed 😇
You definitely do have mechanics in ur country like this but you take your car to Halfords or kwikfit
They aren't even Chinese for ffs you really think Chinese people would have this amount of professionalism?!?!?! These people are hard working Singaporeans!!!
@@ws6529 do you think that (John van der Rijt) is a good garage? Or do you have good suggestions around Oss?
This is why I do my own service. But man if the mechanic....were up to this standard ....I'd take my car to them.

I’ve always wondered about dry ice cleaning for intakes!! Now we know!
Next level, imagine the pure satisfaction from doing this kinda work:
Imagine the pure satisfaction if they'd rotated the camera 90 degrees........
My word that was sensational to watch! I would so pay to have that level of service done!
Same
same
Oh you certainly would…
@@roddydykes7053 of course, I WOULD
Rather have my oil drained than sucked.
Ask for this type of service and you will get it, unless you’re in the main dealer VW world😂
A man after my own heart. The attention to detail here is amazing and pretty much never seen by technicians in the US, certainly not in dealerships.
The professionalism in this is just mind blowing.
I've never seen that vacuum technique for antifreeze. I genuinely got excited watching this
TSI engines has to be done that way if not you will overheat the engine and ruin the head gasket.

This guy is the best mechanic I have ever seen in my life I wish he could service my car he did everything perfectly great video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is what I call perfect service. I wish I had such mechanics in my country, So passionate about there work!
So satisfying to watch. I wouldn’t mind paying extra for this of service.
I wish more car companies would develop dual injection systems. Port injection cleans the valves so well
VW did this in the post 2015 2.0 TSI/TFSI EA888 gen. 3, and in the 1,8 TFSI/TSI
Service this high quality and professional would never happen at dealerships where the techs are working on flat rate 😂😂
Guys the car is perfect german engineering; you did perfect german quality maintenance. Also the carbon removal. Perfect cleanliness!
Wish i could find a mechanic like this, loves his work. This Car will last for ever!
No it will not 😂

The dry ice blaster and ultrasonic cleaning devices are one of those many car mechanics are unaware of.
Most direct-injection guys use walnut
they're aware but still paying for all their other tools. might be waiting for snapon to put their sticker on them

Now that's what you call a full service & maintenance. Every detail taken care of!
Tools , cleaniness , and open for more than a year , signes of success
The parts to be cleaned must never touch the walls of the ultrasonic cleaner, otherwise there is a risk that it will be perforated
This is a very best service i have ever seen ... great job
very comprehensive service ... but wtf, that carbon buildup on the intake valves is insane
Gotta love gdi engines
That is a real mechanic 10+👍👍👌👌clean job

Its not just an USA problem mate...it's pretty much everywhere...professionalism and honesty is a dying virtue...
maximum professional work, it's nice to watch
New to this channel. Best mechanic vlog ever seen. All the right footage and repair techniques are on point.
So good to see the sunroof and bulkhead drains being cleaned.
98% of garages don't do this.
When drains block, ECU'S and wiring get destroyed.
98% garages clean stocks when it already blocked
A shop that cleans your coils instead of pencil whipping you for a new set! Fantastic!
Wish I had you guys close by.
I know my vw's would be taken care of properly. Awesome job.
Every car owners expectations from service centres👍🏻✌🏻
That was awesome. Even taking pebbles out of the tire tread. 👍👍
Wow I am impressed! Very thorough job with great attention to detail excellent work! I would trust my car to these mechanics.

All those intake problems with carbon should not have been neccesary if they did not add those recirculation crap for emissions.
