- Hello, the car we repaired today has just traveled 345 kilometers. The right B-pillar and the door were damaged and reached the scrap standard. However, it would be a waste to scrap such a new car. Han, please have your technician wear a welding mask to protect his eyes! Otherwise he risk damaging his eyes permanently! Work safely and avoid eye injuries! Please get your technician welding helmet as. The shield will protect his eyes !
Hello, thank you for your concern for our safety, but they are used to this way of working and they will protect themselves.
@@xinxianshi There is no "used to" for the injuries caused by exposure to UV light from welding. In 10 years or less, these guys will be blind or with severe cataracts.

Yes, the Extreme UV light will damage their retinas as well as the corneas of their😊 eyes. They might be closing their eyelids while doing the welds, which is a technique I've seen elsewhere on YT third world shops.

I always say when any unibody car is crashed like this. I wont be the same again because the frame and chassis. Is made to perfect at the factory. But watching this i say it is as close as we will get. Great workmanship. Though

The 345 km is the remaining fuel range, not the ODO meter. However, the true ODO meter is 821 km, which is still low. I am glad to see the sylphy back on the road again.

Absolutely remarkable
There is no way this repair (using these techniques) would fly in NA or Europe. In USA the labour costs and replacement parts alone would be at least $12,000. The insurance co. would refuse to pay for it and declare the vehicle a write-off. But I do admire the skill of these workers and the amazingly great results!
Quality or lack there of in nissan vehicles really make you appreciate german premium brands.

Pretty sure that's supposed to be replaced, not fixed. Proper repair is order a uniside and section where the OEM allows..

Bei aller Liebe, und bei allem VOLLKASKO Denken bei uns in De ab Bettkante, verstehe ich solche Videos nicht. Nicht nur von der Stabilität (gut unsere Autos fahren schneller) aber auch alleine wie er schweißt - ich hab mir da schon x-fach die Augen verblitzt, und das NUR weil ich mal kurz ohne Helm geschweißt habe - aber er macht das halbe Auto ohne Helm?? Und ich glaub nicht, dass UV Strahlung bei Euch weniger energiereich ist als bei uns - also nochmal, auch wenn man alles Vollkaskodenken bei uns weg lässt, wäre mir ein Job nicht soviel Wert, dass ich deswegen mein Augenlicht riskieren würde!! Und ich hab LEIDER, weil ich früher auch dachte, man wäre "unsterblich" viele Fehler gemacht - die ich heute bereue. Gerade was Sicht- und Gehörschutz angeht, da bereust Du das mit 50 Jahren dann, wenn Du nur noch unscharf sehen kannst, oder ein Tinitus von 40% der Zimmerlautstärke hast - ich wünschte, man könnte dem Typ sagen, wie das dann ab 40 bis 50 dann für Probleme macht, könnte ihm sagen, dass man heute verflucht, früher das nicht benützt zu haben.
Und keine KEINE Karre ist das wert, dass man sich die Gesundheit kaputt macht - dann sollen die doofen Autofahrer besser aufpassen, ODER eben die Reparaturrechnung zahlen, aber es ist BEDAUERLICH, dass hier junge Menschen für die Dummheit anderer "verheizt" werden, da könnte ich dann kotzen.
