    Hi how are you, thank you for the video it helps alot. Does the 2021 tacoma have a seat lifter on the front passenger side? if not, is there some way to modify the seat, buy a new seat, or ask the dealership to sell it for a seat that has a lifter in it?

      That's not my channel. Not going to go into super detailed specs of the vehicle. You can Google all that yourself. My videos are already on the long side and I think I put out a good product, as no one else puts graphics explaining things like I do. Maybe watch TFL channels, as they are full-time reviewers that have the time to script their videos, retake shots until its perfect and have a team of video editors.

    I am an off road racer, Looks don't make it run, it's all about the car salesman selling a truck, it's all about performance, if you are just trying to sell to people who live in the suburban's, they really don't need a Toyota truck, they need an AWD!!! True off road people don't need a moonroof/sunroof!!! This is for people who live in the suburaban's!!!

    How big of a difference in the ride between the off road and sport? Does the sport package feel softer going down the road on pavement or do you feel the stiffness of the off road package when on pavement? Having a hard time deciding between sport premium and TRD off road since we would be using the off road functionality in snow more so than off road.

    • @JimmyMakingitwork
      @JimmyMakingitwork 3 роки тому +5

      The TRD Off-Road rides a little softer, it’s suspension uses off road tuned Bilstein shocks.

      Idk, I've only test driven a few but I thought the off road was way stiffer. I preferred the sport.....could have been the tires. They were aggressive. I've heard both opinions.

      I have an off-road and it does feel a bit stiff on pavement. One thing I noticed though is if the pavement is torn up (potholes and the like), it floats over it and u can barely feel the torn up road

      You won’t regret the manual.

    • @SOBIsHobbies
      @SOBIsHobbies 3 роки тому +2

      @@jaxlou6362 They both are highly sought after compared to SR, SR5 or Limited trims. Thus, you won't go wrong with either. Nonetheless, TRD Off-Road will still have that electronic rear locker even when it's in 6-speed manual. Granted if you go with manual transmission you won't get those MTS and CRAWL control features. But at least you'll have that rear locker. Whereas TRD Sport trim won't have the locker whether it's automatic or 6 speed manual. Additionally, TRD Off-Road and Pro trims come with larger rear axle compared to other Tacoma trims. With all that said, TRD Off-Road costs more than the Sport trim and it also reflects in their resale values as well. So Off-Road trims sell for more in both scenarios when they're new and used. I personally think Off-Road trim is the way to go to get the best bang for your buck when shopping for Tacoma. It's got all the features of Pro trim but for a lot less money.

    • @JimmyMakingitwork
      @JimmyMakingitwork 3 роки тому

      The market for manual trans is 1/100 the market for automatic with manual mode. The last manual I had potential buyers would always back out of the sale with, “Oh, it’s a manual?” But once the “right guy,” came along it would finally sell.

      @Hammy1TV  3 роки тому +6

      Some are built in San Antonio for a little longer, but I'm hearing all production is going to Mexico. Yes there are still a couple models offered in a manual.
      I look at it like this. If a world famous chef came to your house to cook a meal. Brought there ingredients and cooking tools, it's going to taste amazing.
      Doesn't matter what side of the boarder the Tacoma is built, still going to be the same truck.
