This morning I started my routine with The Day11 for the warm up to get amazing vibes to continue it, then, I did that session with strength and softness on the same time, and finished that generous routine by The Day11 again. Hi Hussain, thank you for the follow-up here. And, think it's pretty common occurrence. A week shouldn't effect your muscle tone too much, so you should be able to mostly start back-up where you are. The clients I teach in-person, I usually work with 3-5 days a week so it's not even so critical you workout everyday (though it could help). If you're feeling like the workouts are too difficult after starting again, then I would suggest going back to some of the workouts you've found easier and easing back in. In general though, keeping a consistent habit is much better than trying to work back in. Even if you can only do 5-10 minutes, once every day or two, it will go a long way in retaining your progress. Hope this helps !!
