    Lots of hip exercises in your routines this week... Am absolutely loving this.. I do alot of cycling so hips & Hamstrings are always really tight..

      @@MovingMangoPilates that be really cool... I can't do Burpees atm during my hiit sessions due to tight hips, so anything that can help bring movement back is appreciated

    Waow!!! I've finished My complete routine for today and I'm happy and decide to have a splendid day so wonderfully begun! Yesss!!! This morning I started my routine with The Day11 for the warm up to get amazing vibes to continue it, then, I did that session with strength and softness on the same time, and finished that generous routine by The Day11 again.     If we get busy in our daily schedule and aren't able to do Pilates for about a week what should we do ?
    How should we restart Pilates??

      Hi Hussain, thank you for the follow-up here. And, think it's pretty common occurrence. A week shouldn't effect your muscle tone too much, so you should be able to mostly start back-up where you are. The clients I teach in-person, I usually work with 3-5 days a week so it's not even so critical you workout everyday (though it could help). If you're feeling like the workouts are too difficult after starting again, then I would suggest going back to some of the workouts you've found easier and easing back in. In general though, keeping a consistent habit is much better than trying to work back in. Even if you can only do 5-10 minutes, once every day or two, it will go a long way in retaining your progress. Hope this helps !!

      @@NasirHussain-yk9su Am not sure there is a right answer to that! Some people would say morning because it's better for habit formation. Others say the evening because the body is more aware. I do both! And think whatever makes you feel best will likely produce the best results over time!
