    Thank you so much for making these work out.. I'm at day 4...and I love the different themes every day and also the exercise are not all the same.. So it is very interesting and your dog is so good... I don't know how you trained him to be so quiet... Thank you for the modification!!! And thank you to make them knees friendly....I'm only 33 but I have already pain in my knee so I'm following another routine for my knees still online and them I just discovered and started your summer challenge... Thank you so so much for making it!

    Awesome day 4 smashed.... Am on catch up... Had busy weekend so not been able to keep up... But am about to do day 5.....
    I noticed you mentioned balance during the routine.. Would love a balancing centric routine... That would be awesome as my balance sucks lol

    I couldn't do some movements, they were too hard for me. Should I stay on day 4 for more time, or should I move to day 5 anyway?

      Hi! Always do what you feel is best! It's not important that you complete everything perfect, Pilates is a journey of 10,000 details and it take a long time to master, the important part is that you show up and strengthen your mind and body!

      Hi Riya, of course! Pilates is a great way, when combined with proper diet, sleep and stress reduction to lose weight! Have a lot of workouts focusing on building toned muscle, which help with this!
