So it is very interesting and your dog is so good... I don't know how you trained him to be so quiet... Thank you for the modification!!! And thank you to make them knees friendly....I'm only 33 but I have already pain in my knee so I'm following another routine for my knees still online and them I just discovered and started your summer challenge... Thank you so so much for making it!

Hi! Always do what you feel is best! It's not important that you complete everything perfect, Pilates is a journey of 10,000 details and it take a long time to master, the important part is that you show up and strengthen your mind and body!
Hi Riya, of course! Pilates is a great way, when combined with proper diet, sleep and stress reduction to lose weight! Have a lot of workouts focusing on building toned muscle, which help with this!
