Nicole I’ve been doing your workouts every day for almost three weeks now, and I notice a huge difference in the control of my muscles as well as my flexibility. Things are feeling challenging but my body is finally able to control the movements, it’s so rewarding, thank you!!

This workout is perfect for days when I’m sore! So much lengthening and stretching and flowing and just enough intensity to get the blood moving! Just what I needed today, I wasn’t going to workout bc I’m sore, but this was just what I needed to start my day and feel energized and limber!

Perfect workout for me today. I have damaged my Achilles tendon so needing workouts that don’t stretch it too much. I’m sure I’m not the only one working with this type of injury as it’s quite common so any Achilles friendly workouts would be really welcome. Enjoy your day and TY 🙏

The one where Nicole killed me, lol. But that’s why I love her. She pushes me to work as hard as I can for a short time and then I feel amazing for the rest of the day.

This was such a good flow for when you aren't feeling particularly motivated. I just wasn't feeling anything intense today and came across this and it was just what I needed. I still feel like I activated muscles but I'm not exhausted from overwork. What a great class!

Hello! I started subscribing your channel a few days ago and I almost watch them every single day. I did ballet as a hobby after giving birth to two children. I fell in love with ballet and spent a lot of time doing barr and center ballet. However pandemic started and I can not go to the class anymore since kids are at home. Then I found your channel and OMG!!!! LOVED the workout since a lot of the poses are the poses that I learned in ballet class as well!!! I hope you are health and happy! Lots of love from Korea!!
