I'm pretty sure I played Tekken X SF, and I don't mean SF x Tekken, now you telling me it doesn't exist? Looks like Mandela effect.
We love Capcom content, bring on some of that sweet Megaman Legends/Battle Network! You could make a whole series about Megamankemon
@@YOBAMUSTDIE Did they make 2 games? Capcom did that with snk I know for sure
@@greenkoopa as far as I remember both games existed, Capcom did typical Street Fighter with Tekken characters, Namco did typical Tekken with Street Fighter character. Capcom portred it's inferior game to PC, Namco release was console exclusive.
I always wanted to know what happened to this game. I think it would have been awesome, plus I think that the fireball should have been toned back to a sort of Dan version of a fireball. It works well with Akuma in Tekken 7, as a gimmick character. Having a whole game spamming 8 characters from Street Fighter with the same moves just wouldn't have worked out for the Tekken close up combat too. I would love to see a final release of the game, plus I would buy it still because I played these games as a teenager when they were released. I am also a massive Fan of both franchises. Even if, just to say I have a Namco version, Tekken VS SF version aswell. We can but hope ?
Never give up hope. If tenkaichi 4 can be a thing 16 years later so can Tekken X street fighter
Some facts.
That's not an interesting concept anymore. After what was done in TK7 it's better to make a larger crossover now with Capcom, SNK and Sega. Two 2d veterans vs two 3d veterans.
@@carlosaugusto9821 hell if street fighter a
Can cross over with power rangers I'm sure eventually it will come out. As they say the more games the merrier 😆
Hopefully after SF 6 and Tekken 8 we will see it become a reality someday.
It's probably gonna have tons of characters like old times but now we'll have to pay in addition for 75% of the roster that will be in DLC. I Hope i'm wrong.
Harada said the game is on hold but this game should be the next game after Tekken 8 it's probably moving in development now if all we know this still is an anticipating crossover.
If it's the next thing after Tekken 8 and SF6, development is for sure going on as we speak. Idk tho, tht release window would have to be 2028 or 2030.
I hope this game would be the next game after Tekken 8 can't say Street Fighter 6 cause the SF6 era will last longer than Tekken 8 era I hope it is in development it's gonna be years until we see a trailer of this game they definitely not going to have this game compete with Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6.
Tekken 8 so far looks like a boring rehash of 7, this should have been the logical next path after Akuma in T7.
Tekkem 8 look like a upgraded version of 7 but Tekken 7 was a success and Tekken 8 does look neat and most likely will be a success along with Street Fighter 6 but I think Tekken X Street Fighter will be made if one the games don't do so well.
Honestly, I think Tekken X SF and Tag 3 should straight up be the same game
I remember Harada saying projectiles is what make the Street Fighter characters a little difficult to implement on the Tekken engine Street Fighter characters like Karin, Guy, Cody, Hugo, R. Mika, Dudley, Q, Sean, Alex etc who don't use projectiles won't be difficult to work with for the game like characters who have projectiles will but they made Akuma work for Tekken 7.
Akuma breaks Tekken. They didn't really make it work at all
@@dacatindahat8275 Different subject. You didn't understand what was said exactly by "make him work in the game".
exactly that, eliza was throwing projectiles in tekken revolution so that's not it...
@@shaunyb2011 she was a test
@@iDenosis she was then in tekken 7 as well though
I feel like after tekken 8 and street fighter 6 both companies should try to resume the project and bring all the hype for the fans and make it a game for the fans
Yeah I think it made some sense considering both companies seems to be pretty tight on budget when developing Tekken 7 and Street Fighter 5. Then those two turned out successful and raised enough budget for both companies to kick full gear for Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 (both games look very promising on their trailers). Hopefully those two will be even more successful and we can get the Tekken x Street Fighter game we deserve
What do you mean - "both companies"??! TxSF is merely Namco's responsibility! Capcom has almost no say in it, except for sharing profits because of having rights to characters in stages from SF franchise! At most they can give advice to which characters they see fit joining line up and even then it's only advice, Namco has final say on that matter! In the end of the day Namco themselves as well as fanbase decide which characters gets to be playable, not Capcom! It was decided long time ago, that Namco will have creative freedom over how they develop their version of a crossover with SF characters in it running on Tekken engine, while Capcom would have creative freedom over SFxT running on SF engine! Neither company interferes with the development proccess of respective game and respect creative freedom of each other! TxSF never happening has nothing to do with Capcom at all, Namco doesn't have to gather with them again and ask whether they are ready to resume development of that game or not, all that has to happen for it to be the case is Namco being ready and that's it...
@@Summon256 hopefully namco makes it a reality then and hopefully its a game fans can enjoy
I still hope to see Street Fighter characters on the Tekken engine this crossover would definitely be way better than Street Fighter X Tekken which was Street Fighter IV featuring Tekken characters more than a crossover.
The tag elements of that game really made it stand out beautifully though.
Not to mention the juggle system where every move has a vast juggle potential.
Did you not understand the concept they were going for? The first was going to be in street fighters style the second was going to be in Tekkens style.
But it's absolutely natural that it was similar to SF. Just like a TKXSF would be based on the TK gameplay.
We got taste of how Street Fighter in Tekken engine would work with Tekken 7 and Akuma whixh is why i was surprised when they didn't announce that Tekken x Street Fighter would be the next game since many fans like myself thought the Akuma in T8 was Namco testing the waters.
We could get a Tekken X Street Fighter instead of a Tekken Tag 3
I want to try tekken tag 2 for wii u but I don't know if it'll be worth it
I'm not interested in TKXSF anymore, mainly after seeing TK7 dlc guests. Maybe it wouldn't even look that much special if it came out today, when more crossovers became larger than A vs B. That's more of a Capcom thing. I'd like to see Namco make a bigger fg crossover with brands from Capcom, SNK, Sega, etc. Either made by Namco or Capcom but ideally Namco because they proved they can make characters from other games great. Capcom's skill is uncertain because there were good but also bad characters in CVS and SFXTK. I know it's totally different dev teams, but still it's uncertain compared to the current TK devs skills.
@@greenkoopa it’s the best fighting game of all time but I had it on ps3
Tekken Tag 2 almost bankrupted Harada actually. It was highly polished, with a lot of effort and content, lots of characters, stage variety, spectacles. With HD graphics. Online leaderboards. The works.
And it sold like shit. There was a reason they stopped making Tekken games and had to make SFxT to stay afloat for a while there.
TT2 holds my undying hatred, for almost killing Tekken. And for that, it holds my undying hatred. I have to say it twice hate it THAT much.
@@trapez77no it’s not 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I will never not be upset at us not getting this half of the crossover series
I remember Harada showing concept art of Ryu and Chun-Li of how they would look in the game and I think there was concept art for Guile and Bison they were a little redesign and there was a video I think of Kazuya doing a Shoryuken but it's clear this game been ignored 30% that's small progress and they Harada said they have had the characters for the game already curious who the Street Fighter characters they chose but this game will have to be remade again due to the multiple consoles that have passed since now there's a lot of Street Fighter characters since then Namco can choose from to be in the game if they continue making it.
I read projectiles which is a main element around Street Fighter characters made the process of the game slow when it was in it's early stages in development and allegedly Eliza who debut in Tekken Revolution who uses projectiles was created as a test to see how they can make Street Fighter characters work with using projectiles for the crossover even though Tekken has multiple characters who has projectile attacks Devil Jin and Devil Kazuya shoots lasers from their so I don't know about how difficult it would be regarding characters using projectiles but I hope this game is still in the making I really want this game I hope it's the next game or crossover after Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6.
The main matter is putting things on the proper timeline. TK7's Akuma must be a sign of they overcoming some of the initial struggles from the TKXSF planning. But at this point the devs might not be interested in that game anymore.
The thing is the Tekken characters' laser attacks are pretty much just gimmicks, they're not core tools that the characters are focused around. Tekken as a game just doesn't have much in the way of meaningful gameplay when it comes to projectiles, focusing almost entirely on the close/medium range whereas the fireball game is one of the core parts of Street Fighter and 2D fighters in general. Not to mention the entire concept of aerial fighting and anti-airs is basically absent from Tekken entirely, whereas jumping is an extremely important part of SF.
So then how do you meaningfully implement a Hadouken that functions the way people expect a Hadouken to work, that feels like one to do, into a game where you can just sidestep it? How could a character like Guile possibly function if you need to lose your back charge just to KBD? You'd basically have to change how Tekken works entirely, how characters work entirely, or just have those aspects of Street Fighter be ignored, which isn't something you'd want for your big crossover game.
Just look at Akuma in T7, and how he's basically been broken as fuck since the day they put him in because his tools exist in a system that was never designed to handle them. In SF if someone does demon flip in front of you, you just anti-air them, or maybe even something like jump-back roundhouse. In Tekken most characters lack any attack that deals with it effectively because nobody's almost ever in the air like that in Tekken, so they never gave them any. On the flipside, Akuma's regular grounded Hadouken is practically relegated to combo filler/blockstring filler or maybe making someone sidestep one way or the other. But it isn't a core tool of his, which just shows how much those kinds of moves don't fit in Tekken at all.
There was also Jinpachi (Tekken 5) to a limited degree. I always saw him as a test to see how they could successfully implement the Street Fighter-esque projectile in the game.
Namco just need to make Street Fighter characters look like Tekken characters like Capcom made Tekken characters look like Street Fighter characters and add projectiles to the Street Fighter characters Tekken characters don't really do projectiles cause everything is just about close range attacks gameplay wise and like some comments said jumping is a major part for Street Fighter characters but Namco can do it they just lazy.
It wont be a problem at all for them to properly depict projectiles in Tekken with all that theyve learned in the passed 10 years. We have a lot of characters with projectiles and weapons now. Akuma, Geese, Kunimitsu, Noctis etc.
Harada has a lot of Homework to do.
I hope we get Tekken x Street Fighter after Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6.
This years evo gave a hint on the future of this game, and it might get some new news sooner or later
Thank you for making this. I hope they see this also.
I for one am only interested in the Tekken X Street fighter version and am still, all these years later patiently, impatiently waiting for it.
Tekken X Street Fighter as we can see is still a highly long awaiting game in the fighting game community me personally I hope this game legit comes into fruition again it be great to see two of the greatest and biggest fighting game franchise to clash again but this time in the style of Tekken like I really want to see this game happen and fully developed and have a badass trailer if Namco can make Akuma work in Tekken they definitely can make all other Street Fighter characters work in Tekken.
It seems like Harada had to go full damage control to say that the game's not officially cancelled, but "on hold" ...indefinitely. So basically cancelled, but not officially.
Really wonder how characters from Street Fighter like Blanka, Dhalsim, Gill, Necalli, Seth, Necro, Rose, Menat, Ingrid etc would look in Tekken if half of them were in cause their designs is very different to the other Street Fighter characters.
IMO i think the Character models in SF6 look like Tekken 7 model/engine
@@davidwhatsthatabout7404 I don't
Honestly I think they'd look better in Tekken x SF
How about characters that play like everyone else and really popular?
Ingrid? Really dreaming big huh?
LET'S FACE IT, this game will permanently remain "existless"
Existless?🤔
Nonexistent
there’s still hope
Lol we always say things like this and always end up being mistaken
existn't
Well hopefully Namco return the favor and finally create Tekken X Street Fighter just like Capcom created Street Fighter X Tekken we seen Tekken characters in the Street Fighter universe now time to see Street Fighter characters in the Tekken universe and being Tekken got a resurgence from Tekken 7 and now 8 it be a great to see Namco finish up making this long awaited crossover between two of the biggest fighting games franchises in history and Namco already been doing crossovers with their Tekken characters and guest characters I still believe this game will be made it just need some time to work on this game might have a lot of DLC characters.
Bro…
Namco have to eventually make this game due to the deal they had with Capcom and Ono maybe if Tekken 8 underperform we'll see this game so Tekken can piggyback off the wave of Street Fighter 6 which is guaranteed to be a success.
I remember when Fahkumram came out, people theorized that he was a Tekken substitute for Sagat.
Even though they're both absurdly tall and muscular, infamous Muay Thai fighters, I don't think that's the case, but I could be wrong since Akuma and Geese's combos in their 2D games don't convert exactly the same as they would in Tekken and vice versa, so Fahk might play just like Sagat would without projectiles.
He was left overs of a sagat model
They recycled to make him ....
Like hypothetically with street fighter c tekken if they recycled marduk and raven to make 2 new characters in street fighter 6 a eastern European character ( not Russian), for marduk and raven with king cobra the original design for
Street fighter 4 raven.
I think they're still experimenting (judging by Tekken 7' 2d guests like Akuma and Geese) on how 2d characters work on Tekken setting *and or* keeping it in their back pocket just in case Tekken doesnt go well so they can whip it out for Tekken' funding and what not.
I feel like there’s a reason as to why street fighter and tekken are coming out this year and close to each other. A new announcement of tekken X street fighter might be on the rise.
It's never coming out. Closest we'll get is Tekken 7 with Akuma as a playable character.
You read my mind 😆, I legit thought about this yesterday and starting digging into what happened myself only to find this video today.😱
I'm still pretty sure we'll get Tekken x Street Fighter in the end. It'd be fun to bring both communities together again to celebrate fighting game history.
I have a feeling that it might be towards the end of our current fighting game boom happening right now. Makes sense since I considering Street Fighter X Tekken to kinda end that early boom on the 360.
@@NrettG I agree! And at that point everyone should be familiar with Tekken and Street Fighter
@@sunnymane Yeah! Now that we have SF6 in our hands I do fear the Tekken X Street Fighter project still staying. Modern has REALLY changed the landscape and I don't know if Tekken's simple can really compare to it. Time will tell but I still have faith.
Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 looks great 😊
Dude, I have that same Chun-Li statuette. Truly a man of class.🍸
I just want Harada to say fck it and reveal Akuma again in Tekken 8 the uproar would be hilarious
love your contenet beo, keeep it up
Harada said a few years ago they shelved this game because it made no sense to bring it out, SF and TK were doing so well individually, it would have hurt the sales of both to release TxSF.
I imagine he's keeping it now as a lifeline, something they can release in the future if sf6 does well and t8 does not. From what I gathered from that interview, he pretty much has to release TxSF at some point due to the deal he made with Ono and SFxT.
"sf6 does well and t8 does not" what?? lul
@@xaxooTK which part did you struggle to understand?
Hey :)
Guess what :D
Awesome video man 😎
Thank you as always. Yes we need an Mega Man Legends 3 video. Lol
Much love.💪🏾💙
With Tekken 8 and SF VI being super hyped right now, they could revisit this crossover idea in the near future as it would probably have a much better chance of being sucessful than back then imo . . .
So many sick potential match ups and storylines:
Jin vs Ken
Kazuya vs Ryu
Heihachi vs Akuma
Jinpachi vs Gouken
Yes Ve Nice
Law vs Fei Long
Lei vs Guy
Nina vs Cammy
Xiaoyu vs Chun li
King vs Zangief
Marduk vs Sagat
Jack vs Q
Kuma vs Dan
Christ almighty...
@ESFAndy011 Shaheen vs Rashid 👀
Really hope we get this game one day soon as there are much dream matches to be had such as: Law vs Fei long, E Honda vs Ganryu and Sagat vs Bruce
More like Sagat vs Fakuhmram
I'm sure it's a combination of time constraints as they have priority projects to work on (Tekken 8 namely) as well as licensing issues as he stated they "don't have the rights indefinitely".
Licensed characters have a expiration date and I'm thinking Harada couldn't finish the project in time before losing the rights to Capcom's characters so he opted instead to at least include Akuma in Tekken 7 before losing the rights. In a similar example, Sakurai said he wanted to try to include full side scrolling Mega Man stage in SmashU while he still had time before they lost the rights to Mega Man.
I feel like how characters look in SF6 is much closer to Tekken than back in SF4 days, but with SF6 and Tekken 8 coming soon we wouldn't see this until after those at least...
Can't wait for Tekken x Street Fighter in 2025 lmao
Just recently started playing tekken 7 and saw a clip of this game on the gallery section. Never even knew they did a crossover.
It's in the making I think. That's why they tested the water with Akuma in T7 and gradually put more characters that use meter.
Wow I was just talking about this game with my friend yesterday!
It feels like we’ve left the era of big triple A experimental games. Not only have licensing crap got more complicated but it’s seen as a major risk. Especially now since gamers beg for more experimental games but when they get it, they completely hate it, trash it, and then mock the developers. So yeah, I don’t imagine we will ever see anymore crazy cross over games or experimental games in general for that matter. I would LOVE a new street fighter x Tekken
All the rivals we can see with this game to name a few
Jin/Devil Jin vs. Ryu/Evil Ryu
Akuma vs. Kazuya
Heihachi vs. Gouken
Marshall Law vs. Fei Long
King or Marduk vs. Zangief
Ganryu vs. E. Honda
Yoshimitsu vs. Sodom
Dragunov vs. Rolento
Anna vs. Chun-Li
Nina vs. Cammy
Asuka vs. Sakura
Lili vs. Karin
Zafina vs. Rose
I imagined Ling Xiayou vs Chun-Li before Anna
Yeah I remember this. It had that real short teaser.
That sucks. The "games as a service" model makes games profitable assets for a long time, so yeah, the game sure sounds far. But I hope it happens some time.
I am hoping that the franchise of motal combat would make more games someday
Mortal kombat has had rather normal releases over last like decade or so and there is another ML currently in the works.
I was looking forward to this game for years.
Honestly forgot about this game until I saw this video.
One day there will be a final tekken game. And i think on that game. There needs to be a tekken x Street fighter
This boat has already sailed!
Considering Tekken 8 is coming out within a year, that probably means if this game ever were to come out, it would probably be 2-3 years before Namco even started working on it in earnest again. Then again, I never thought I'd see the day that Dead Island 2 would actually be released, so what do I know?
Crazy how time flies huh
It would be hilarious if it was really Dan under that MegaMan costume 🤣🤣🤣 MegaDan or Dan's father 🤣🤣🤣
Great video. I still want this game. Shame if it don’t happen. If Capcom keeps hating money it may be inevitable, hopefully. It seems like Namco management is smarter by far.
I'm still waiting for this game.
looking back with that interrupted question sfxt did feel more like sf4 with tekken characters than a crossover with how some characters were handled.(do love an image that got showed of lili being rivals with ingrid.:3)
i remember a poll for tekken x street fighter that i took part of as well as apparent news that while still in the works there were problems with projectiles and fg saturation and tbh think it's for the better it waits until there aren't as many fighting games out or until 8's halfway between it's life as alongside sfxt's reputation some of the sf characters could easily look bad or not translate in tekken's style like tekken's in street fighter though with how tenkaichi 4/other long thought dead or lost games are reviving think it can easily just be summed up at times as interest or waiting for the right moment(rather just see classic megaman, zero or pac-man's actual good look instead, that or a kof character/kiryu from yakuza.).
With both SFV and T7 wrapping up development at the exact same time I felt like now was the perfect time to advance the project.
Yea, put it out after sf6 and t8 have been out a few years
I got this on ps3 a few months back. How I love it so.
11:57 I think you may have misread that tweet. He said there was "no opportunity to drop TK x SF on the market," so his stance had not changed.
i remember there being an actual official demo of sort for tekken x street fighter. i cannot find it at all anymore!
When I heard about namco making a crossover fighting game like Capcom did. I was excited, but later on got cancelled due to SF X Tekken flopped due to its release. At least we got Akuma, that’s close enough to get a crossover.
ex 2 plus was pretty sick... probably one of my favourite SF systems. If they added tekken "skins" and mechanics would be pretty cool...
I can't believe I was still in middle school when this was announced. I'm damn near 30 now
Don't Worry Folks. There should be 4 games that this development team should be working on.
Tekken 8 (currently in development)
Tekken x Streetfighter (on hold, but will resume development after Tekken 8 and its DLC is properly released)
Tekken Tag 3 (Should come out after TxSF, but arrive before Tekken 9)
and Soul Calibur 7 (The Tekken crew often helps out the Soul Calibur crew with some development quite often)
I thought Tekken 7 was them changing their minds since it only had Akuma
Dude I been waiting for this game forwcer
I think that the game will be an eventuality. Given how popular the latest entries per each franchise (Street Fighter 6 and Tekken 8) are right now EVEN BEFORE there initial release. I'd say they will give it another shot. If we see capcom vs Snk re-release or another entry come to fruition, then it will be a definite that Bamco and Capcom will do it.
I still want this game very very badly
I’m still looking forward to this game but…dude I’m starting to get old. If they’re not making this game I’m not sure how much more time I have to learn how to play this.
Street Fighter 6 is out... Tekken 8 is close to release... Still waiting on Tekken vs Street Fighter, Hirada-san
I'd love to get another game but with the Tekken style of gameplay and a playstation all stars 2 that would be dope ASF!
I think they found it much easier making 3d axis fighter into 2d with the usual button commands than making 2d button commands into 3d axis fighters, especially when it comes to spinning kicks and the B -> F moves of SF
I remember they said that they are having a Namco version of the game but just heard it was canceled due that Tekken 7 became a major success and still going strong till this date
It's just called Tekken 7. Since that turned into a Street Fighter like game with all the rage arts and other Street Fighter mechanics. Of cpurse it also has Gouki.
I'm just waiting for when capcom actually does a TMNT crossover IN GAME, maybe a Street Fighter 6 crossover with all for Turtles, Shredder, Casey, Splinter, and Karai and maybe even April.
They should keep adding street fighter characters they finished to tekken games until the whole roster is available
Maaan I been waiting for this since high school.. I’m 30 😂
Crazy, everytime I have a random thought, you make a video about it 😂. You read my mind lmaoo. Subbed 🫡
I want a MegaMan Legends 3 vid! I loved that series, and play the first two regularly.
I really want a 3D Tekken x Street fighter made by namco.
I still am waiting for this game
2:17 Limited storage on disc? Single layer cds held 700mb which was enormous for the time.
If not for Capcom's greed on SF X Tekken (on-disc DLC, pay to win gems, recycled graphics from SF4) we could have had Tekken X SF years ago. Instead, we only get Akuma in Tekken.
I’ve been ready for years the last one was cool but I’m better at the tekken play style and was looking forward to playing with the SF characters in that way
be patient guys, it’s only been 11 years…
I remember, when they were both announced, I thought "nice, cannot wait to get Tekken X Street Fighter".
RIP to all those who didn't get the Street Fighter version because they waited for the Tekken one, and are still waiting
Think about this game weekly
This might be a stretch (hear me out though): how cool would it be if Harada decided to include another SF character into Tekken 8, namely someone like Ken Masters? Think about it: this game is all about aggression, something that a rushdown character like Ken has in spades. He's another shoto, but he's arguably just as high profile as Akuma while still playing differently from him for the most part. Not only that, but with everyone gunning for Kazuya, Ken would be a good option to help take him down with his wealth & resources on top of his martial arts skill. Throw in the fact that out of all the returning characters in SF6, Ken is the one that's now getting majority of the story focus. All of that leading into an even bigger crossover next game.
One can dream...
Bad idea to put another shoto. It was already bad to use a shoto in TK7 when there are more interesting options for TK. If there's another guest (very likely) he/she better not be a shoto.
I feel like this game will eventually happen but I feel like we won't see it until whether Tekken or Street Fighter don't do well and one can ride the success of the game that's doing good but this shouldn't even be the case this game should be in development again and taken seriously it have to come out on the current consoles or whatever consoles that will be made until then so it have to be recreated again but only time will tell.
they could test the waters by gradually DLC'ing SF characters. interestingly, so much time had already passed that SF6's 3d graphics is already on par with Tekken, that it might be easier to just use SF6 assets with some modifications, but that would also mean scrapping whatever work they have done so far.
Heard only Ryu & Jin and probably some other PopularCharacters where programmated
So they can still recycle the assetts or lesser popular/important characters
Like for example Dan
just thought about this game last week
I'm smelling MBison, Chun Li, Cammie, Ryu or Ju-ri coming on Tekken 8 as a guest character.
it's a test before the full release of teken x street fighter
I still have this game on my ps3 today
still remember the awesome tekken x streetfighter model for Guile?
Tenkaichi 4 is finally coming. TxSF is most definitely still possible
Love the video btw
i still want tekken x street fighter. pls haradu
I think we should try and protest to get Street Fighter X Tekken on steam to be fixed, get the online working. Then interesting in that game can grow leading to potential for the Tekken version
I believe Michael Murray and Harada said they have character models already built. They could release it today but Tekken is redefining it's engine. I would Rather see a Tekken Tag 3 x SF. So we can have a tag fight just like sfxtekken. Then again Akuma was good enough for me in Tekken 7. Time for Tekken 8 tho. lets talk about that.
They already gave Dan an EWGF in Omega Mode back then, I'm still hoping they release this crossover next.
Hi, last time I checked it was in PS3's PSN Store.
Akuma in tekken 7 is an example why this "doesnt" work both ways....
