- A quick video showing how to fix one reason for connection issues with the talktalk sagemcom router. I was having issues connecting to my work direct access / VPN and changing the dns settings in this way has fixed it. There is a new firmware being pushed out so hopefully the issue won't be around much longer

Other things you can try include switching off homesafe in your talktalk account and asking the community team to switch off WiFi optimisation. As a last resort you can ask for the Huawei hub to be sent out for testing

unfortunately there is people still waiting on a firmware update as no new firmware has been released
Talk talk…Online phone call staff ridiculous hung off any time. Internet cut off time to time ..
Try the support forums. Talktalk phone and online chat aren't great
