My router is flashing orange I've turned it off for about 5min then back on and it's still flashing orange i have already pressed the reset button but it still the same can you give me and ideas coz I've got no internet

yeah ive had this router 3 years now.... today it started flashing orange, no internet connection.... talktalk said there was no issues on there end.... stumped
