    Awesome video Hockey Tutorial! When you do your detail review of this product, can you include info on how many panels require to practice most of the hockey drills at home? thanks!

    Have you tried Glice? Could you compare both products. I'd like to see if there is a difference.

    • @shoeelegance
      @shoeelegance 5 років тому

      no difference, the same failed technology. The peg assembly method is the worst known assembly system known in synthetic ice rink industry - the pressure of expansion and contraction rips the pegs out in a few days after buckling so it cannot be skated on. It's especially noticed on the outdoor ice rinks with higher range of temperature changes. Besides, for more or less comfortable ice skating you must apply Xtraice enhancement lubricant which is also very expensive.

    Do the sheets lock together in any way? I heard mention of regularly moving a surface and I'm thinking about the unfortunate possibility of catching a blade in an improperly seated tongue and groove. During practice my blade found a crack in our ice surface that had formed over night during exceptionally cold weather, 100 Mile House, BC in 78. Managed to pull a 4 inch fragment of bone free with my adductor muscle. That's a weird feeling not soon forgotten.

      They lock together better than any other panels we’ve come across. We’ll be sharing a detailed video shortly

      Hockey Tutorial Glad to hear. I bet it's better than the 1" UHMW I'm used to for puck target practice. Unskatable is a good discription. Im interested in ining your product, distributor in BC Canada?

      Ice hockey is based on old (since at least the 1300’s) British stick and ball games. British migrants to Canada started to play these games on ice in the early 1800’s. There are reports of similar games played on frozen ponds in the UK during the unusually cold 1700’s, when the river Thames etc would freeze over. Modern indoor ice hockey is believed to have been first played in Canada about 150 years ago.

    • @HockeyTutorialOfficial

      Cost, availability, travel distance to rink, training times.. the list is endless. Not everyone can have easy access to ice. Aside from this, we’d like a space to train and create videos within our office.

      Unfortunately, being able to play hockey is a privilege. If you think equipment is $ just wait until you have to pay for ice time. I recommend you buy a cheap stick on sale and play road hockey. You can also find free or inexpensive used equipment on craigslist.
