Thank you so for this video! I recently bought my 2nd Gen 12v Cummins with a NV4500, I had thought the 4wd was working until I took it to the river and got stuck in some loose rocks ….
Verified the transfer case was working and front drive shaft was spinning but the axle was not locking…. Found out It was the actuator. I am going to do this upgrade/mod thanks to you!
Love second gen content!
Excellent content very helpful info I was needing.
Looking forward to seeing a o-ring install 👍
Great video, thanks
Awesome video!
Keep up the good work, oh and never ever vote Democrat.
does adding the POSI LOCK KIT eliminate the need for the TCCM (transfer case control module)? Because I can't find one anywhere!!!!! 1997 3500
I locked my front drive shaft but 4x4 still won't engage?
so what does the better job or really locking the front end is it this cable locker or a lunchbox locker
did you use your old fork or did u have to buy a separate one? about to do this to mine but if you could let me know it’d be greatly appreciate
How hard is it to change #6 injector fuel line
That's one thing I hate about the 3rd gens and early 4th Gens. Idk why dodge did that for just more wear and tear on the transfer case front driveshaft and font diff. That kit u installed makes it nice gives u 2wd low range.
99 ram 2500
The front drive shaft spins when put in 4wd, but 4wd isn't working. What is the problem?
Move the truck a foot forward and differential will catch the front drive shaft. The wheels must turn about a foot to engage, or mine does at least.
