i live in ky, im having issues with my 2001 dodge ram diesel not engaging in 4 wheel drive. ive replaced the actuator and lines and other things associated with the vacuum operation.so what im wondering will in stay i four wheel drive all meaning all wheels pulling or will the 4 wheel drive selector still serve a purpose as far as engaging the transfer case your video did not explain this , thanks billy b

Two things. You need lube on that drillbit it'll go through like butter and you really should get grade 8 bolts

I just finished a body off resto with some performance engine and trans work Airdog and sump and cleaned up entire wire looms etc etc thrilled to be done but now I’m looking for new project😂

It's ok to leave this locked going down the highway. At 80 miles an hour. I do a lot of highway driving on my 96cummins . By doing this you only have to manually engage the transfer case

Is the swap doable on a 84 1/2 ton lifted squarebody k10? Will the frame handle the power/weight of a cummins?

What did you do for the electrical connectors? Just plug into the factory sending unit?

So I've got an 03 4 door with 48re and I've got an 02 with nv56 (full truck) 1.5 door both long beds. I want manuel swap, I've got everything out of doner truck and noticed the transfer case and driveline are alot less beefy from the manuel. Am I able to swap all driveline over or do I need to keep my transfer case and driveline from my 03 but make cuts? And 8f you do by chance know how long my cuts would need to be I'd appreciate it thank you for your time and video

I have been looking in to topdon scanners. I currently own snapon , bosch and xtool at the present time. I own one topdon product at this time and its the Tcoo4 thermo camera. I made a call to topdon for tech support one day and let me tell you they impressed me. Didnt have to email or text them. Wasnt speaking to china and got right thru and to the point. Got more than i expected for support. That means a hell of a lot now days. Thats why i am interested in top don for my next scanner.

I know it adds a little more to the labor price to do so but I would reiterate to the owner how important it would be at this stage to go ahead and let you look at the bottom end!
