You just need to get with Brandon 24v, he's got plenty of parts, he's lifted a lot of trucks, he's got the knowledge and would take the guess work out of it for you! Then you can customize the parts you get, just do a collab with him!
What’d you do to make the truck sit the way it does before you gutted the front end? I have a 99 2wd dually and I want the truck to fit 35s without 4wd swapping it.
Jeremyccmrc and Rotella is by far best choice for my 99 24v with 362K on her, with you giving it away you are doing a great deed and will be rewarded as well
You should’ve lowered the truck before tighten those leaf spring bolts so it could settle or just get the skid and push down on your tow ball in the back cus it’ll ride super stiff if those don’t settle

My advise, cut out the whole crossmember and suspension mounts. Weld on one from a 4wd truck. And then do radius arms. Good progress!

In my 24v I use Shell T4 with a FleetGuard. Ive heard T6 works better in newer trucks?

Do the Y setup, I think it's actually called a radius arm setup. That's the easiest and best way to do it
