Hey guys just another flip progression. I thought I landed the cheat gainer about a year ago but I guess it wasn't a cheat gainer. You can check out my j-step gainer progression video to see how that turned out. Instead of a cheat gainer it was more of a run into a j step then into a back tuck. But after three days of training I finally achieved the cheat gainer which made me so happy. This flip looks really cool in my opinion and it also feels really amazing when you do it. @@claytonlynch8980 im a little late but i think it might be/have been cause of these 2 reasons.....1 ur putting to little "force on the kick so u dont have enough momentum......2 ur putting to much backwards motion, if u watch closely he more to the 65° angle not on 90° hope you already learned it or i helped you

Really cool! What changed from using the hands to being able to do it without the hands? That looked like such a big improvement all of a sudden
Started to think of it more as a backflip and less of a “kick” if that makes sense
@@JFreez Yea I guess what you mean is you tucked both knees after leaving the floor from 1 leg instead of letting just one leg lead the movement. Thanks, I am going to try it.

I was 16, took me four days to learn it. I have a backflip progression on my channel from 2016 if you want to watch it
@@JFreez I was thinking it is too late for me to learn backflip because I am 15🤣
I couldn't even back roll on ground when I was 14, but started training at home without any mattress/bed (I mean flat ground) without rest because I really wanted it so bad. After 3 hours of practice I could land it on my knees, but after my parents recognize d that I am learning a flip, they seriously said me to stop it. I haven't tried to do it on the ground for more than a year, but can do a good backflip on trampoline ( I mean now I am adapted to the trick), but I don't have any place (or gym) to learn it because our country does not even have a place for tricking. Do you think I will be able to learn it on the ground after like 2 years? Because I may go to another country, so I will have place to learn it.

Try and think of it as a one legged backflip. You must learn the backflip first

A gainer is what you would call a "punch" flip, where both feet stay together during the duration of the flip. Gainer flash is what this guy is doing. It is also known as kick the moon and cheat gainer.
Your cheat is closer to a real Gainer
