At the beginning when you said to set an intention I thought of trying to connect with my mom, who passed away 10 weeks ago. I was surprised at the end when you mentioned to dedicate this practice to somebody that you love, which I exactly what I did.
I really enjoyed this flow. It wasn't a terribly hard workout, but I did break a sweat and got closer to forearm stand than I ever have before. The pace was gentle and with breathing deeply all the way through, I felt a beautiful release of any negative energy. A great morning flow. Thanks Cat!

I thought this was a fun practice which is rare as I don’t usually find yoga so much to be exactly fun. However, with this flow, I actually found it was so interesting that I couldn’t help to think I might have had some fun. So, all I have is lots of thankfulness for this sequence of balance as peaceful as it was. I hope Cat prospers as a Yoga Teacher, if she hasn’t already found prosperity in the Profession, because she is truly one who seems to be in perfect alignment with Yoga 🧘🏼♀️ in all its enduring forms and elements.
Attempted to shadow your voice through the Asanas , had to throw in the towel 10 minutes in and concentrate on my breath. Thanks Cat for the inspiration to give it a try, what a power flow the body feels great . namaste to all...
Just discovered you, and so pleased about it. Really like your style and love the Dow dog jumping into frog pose....it’s meant to be that transition. Can’t wait to do more of yours

from my experience, you can practice warrior 1+2 and work on pressing the back foot into the mat. with Skandasana, its patience, patience, patience.. start with the bum more up (high squat), lean a bit forward and it will come :)
