This episode was also excellent. The way you explain the logic and reasoning behind things, even when they're not immediately relevant, without meandering too much is exactly what I want from tutorials. Too many of them are very rote, telling you to click on things and select options without really informing the learner why they're doing those steps. You're informative, succinct, and the start-to-finish approach coupled with a clear functional goal is excellent. Keep it up, I'm eagerly anticipating more.
Thank you -- that's something I've noticed too. It's not the worst, but I can say it made it take a bit longer for me when I was learning this for the first time.
When are you going to do another devblog? i am really missing those and you haven't even uploaded a video about the compatibility work you've been (and still are) doing.

You're really making me want to revisit my old Factorio mods and do them justice.
Do eeet! :) Which mods are they?
i can't wait for more of these i've always wanted to do factorio modding but had no clue how to do things with textures
I hope your tutorials will get more views. You really deserve them.

Hi! So, I'm working on my Icon Badges devlog, which dovetails into the Compatibility devlog. I don't have a solid ETA, but they're coming :)
This a great tutorial.
