Love it. But just a tip, medieval knights did not have rust on their armor, or dirty clothes. They typically took a lot of pride in their appearance and especially their armor.
To be fair, not everyone who had armor was a knight. That being said, men-at-arms and infantrymen who owned their own equipment would normally take care of it, and soldiers issued armor were often required to look after it in order to actually get paid.
Yes, they basically would find a nice clean spot to stand like a living statue and only walk on roads. They were also known to avoid everything that could possible make their cloths dirty on the battlefield. And when stains could not be removed, they had many spare items in the closet.
@@robin-comments your sarcasm here makes you sound ignorant. Obviously not. But rusted armor was a big no no. And before a battle, you better believe all their equipment and clothes were in tip top shape. They weren't wearing ripped or battered clothes and garments to a battle.

I like the way you were so amazingly detailed with everything and then went - I added some simple camera moves and tried some different focal lengths. Like - I made this amazing cake, then just put it on a shelf in the garage. It's amazing work, nicely done. Now give it purpose.

Yours looks outstanding and I have been unable to get satisfactory results on armor plates so far. Every tutorial I've seen that has satisfying results requires a Substance Painter Subscription SMH Also the chainmail and cloth sim trick was genius. Truly amazing work

The camera shake really helps! I use auto keyframing and fly around the scene with the camera so I get real-time control. Cheers!
