You always remind me of my dad who passed away in 2022. Makes me think that what you do, all the camping, trying new things and being outside is what my dad and I would do in a different timeline. Thank you so much for your peaceful, wonderful videos

I walk with a rollator. When I got bubble wrap, I put it on the ground and have days of fun popping it with the rollator every time it’s in my path.

You could have used the 1st employed, "larger bubbles," rolled wrap to sleep on, & saved yourself much time _(AND_ effort!) that way. As it was ALREADY "full width," you wouldn't have needed to worry about it pulling apart beneath you, either!
That curry looked yummy! I must look for THAT SAUCE - or something like it - here in Northern California! Really enjoy your (copious quantities - enough for 2-3 people) meals & recipes!

Regarding firewood prep, two issues have caught my attention over a number of videos. As a camper, it was my practice to drag manageable lengths of boles, sometimes two or more at a go, back to camp and cut them to usable firewood length at or near the campsite. This reduced the number of trips to collect the wood. Second, the folding wooden bucksaw in use appears to either need sharpening or a new blade, or perhaps the blade lacks a sufficiently aggressive toothset for a rough-cut field saw. Or so it appears from several thousand miles (several thousand more km) away.

Bubble wrap makes great window insulation. It keeps the warm air in during winter and keeps the cool air in in the summer . Cut the bubble wrap to fit the winter. Apply water to the flat side and press over window. It still lets light in but with the price of electricity it helps keep the air out of old drafty windows. Easy to put up, easy to take down.

I would like to make a suggestion, especially while camping or even at home. I would make the batter for the chicken in that lg baggie, then drop chick into the batter, less dishes to wash and hands stay clean. You could also do it with the bread crumbs after removing the battered chicken, drop into crumbs with tongs then into frying pan to fry. So essy, less mess, no clean-up and can toss bags in trash. Presto......Cleano.....done! I hope you try this, it helps. Ive so enjoyed your videos, pls keep 'em coming. I along with so many others enjoy your experiences and meals, ive even tried making a few....delish!!!

@@missyfitch4004 nothing wrong with it. Life is all about having fun. That’s how I live my life. I’m a lover of Andy so not hating on him, just stating it’s a bit of a gimmick that’s all

he said in his last video that he really liked doing these videos as well as they were good fun (he got to be creative with the cardboard dome etc). I think he's just enjoying himself 🤷🏼‍♀️ he also said he wouldn't be doing too many of these any more, he's got some builds coming up and work on Patty etc.

Good to see that ring neck pheasant, haven't seen one here in US in a long time. They use to be plentiful.

A few layers would insulate very well but you'd definitely need ventilation in the roof somehow as you'd be creating dead, humid air lol . The condensation inside would make it a nightmare lol. A longer frame maybe for next time too but I enjoyed this mate lol.

I’ve come to the conclusion that watching someone go camping is infinitely better than actually going camping.

I used to go camping in my teens, I am now 58 and my last time was at 20years old. I have been binge watching your videos and I have learned a lot! Wish I could get back into the groove again.
