If you decide to drink a smoothie instead, just do like she is showing in the video and put all ingredients together in the blender.
I'm a 74 yo. retired E.R. nurse. Consuming Green smoothies every day for about 17 years. Juicing with veggies/fruit a couple times a week, for about 30 years. Drink 1 gal water every day. I've never really consumed soda, or processed energy drinks etc. Never had issues with renal stones in my life. BTW 48 is still young for petes sake.
I healed myself of Lupus 16 years ago with a green smoothie every day and lots of intermittent juice fasting. My green smoothie recipe was a blender full of spinach, one banana and 3 dried dates. We are all so nutritionally deficient that its so amazing what happens to the body when you have the minerals and vitamins your body needs to function
@@vmccray9634 off memory, I was eating a lot of loaded salads. Sometimes with cooked potato, but lots of ingredients including capers and olives etc for tang. Dinner I would allow myself a soy pattie of some sort but I'd likely go for something cleaner than that like homemade falafel. I went 4 months raw vegan recently and would recommend that as the ideal healing diet over and above what I did to heal the lupus. If you learn a few tricks to expand your food repertoire (like wraps made from veggie and fruit) you can get some real longevity out of the diet.

You may experience some detox symptoms if you go full raw when there are a lot of toxins present in the blood, so maybe incorporating a green smoothie into existing diet might work best for you to start. If you are not overly toxic then going fully raw with an end date in mind would be a good goal to set to start out. There are lots of recipes and raw foodies to follow to keep the food interesting.
Worked for my family--and my dogs. My fav is cherry/pineapple. Wow! That's way more fruit than I use. My new mantra is--You can't overfruit if you put the greens in first. She doesn't think it's the key to getting better; she Knows it after using the protocol to heal people for 20 years.
@suzyq6767, you actually can over fruit if you have candida, mold and fungus and parasites in the body, the fruit will just feed these pathogens, so green drinks are very important to flush out all that candida, fungus etc 1st. Fungus is the final step before cancer.
Are your dogs on a plant base food? I just started my two dogs on plant base dog food but we still give them regular treats so I would like to get more serious on this diet for them but I had no clue they could have smoothies too !

Oh my goodness! Dr. Goldner is a godsend. My hashimitos symptoms go away with her protocol. I drink a smoothie every day without fail, at least a quart it’s not more for good measure. If I end up eating foods, I’m sensitive to, dairy, etc., symptoms will come back and I go back on her plan. Trying now to make it a lifestyle I never leave!

I eat super clean and most days intermittent fast then drink a TON of water after....I would say most of it is the diet and hydration THO also my new skin care is SOOOOOOOO GOOD the one from gillian berry skin care...it's sold out tho already and not back till next year....but that really makes me glow too so a combo.....in this video I was on NO SLEEP at all so glad you still think I am glowing lol I literally had like no sleep then drove hours to get to Brooke's lol...

For those of you who do have a sweet tooth, adding three mejool dates to the mixture makes it taste fabulous. Personally I also use unsweetened soy milk, I am not scared of soy at all. And some cinnamon and Markus Rothkranz seamoss, Delicious!

I do Dr Goldner's protocol. If you think it tastes too "GREEN" add the juice of half a lemon and 1/4 to 1/2 an avocado. Takes the green taste away.
