@@Blade247 Definitely Manfred Mann's version over Springsteen's
@@hawncho7198 True. Bruce wrote it and kinda set it to a more sombre note as he does with a lot of his songs. A kind of a break away from it all rebelious song. Manfred took a more upbeat, trippy mood. The message still kind of carrys though, even though Mandreds version seems more of a happy road trip with a crush to the vibe, more so than a desperation imo.
I love your channel Jamal, and I love the way you grab and enjoy the 60's, 70's, and 80's music! No music can really compare to those decades!! God bless you Sir!
Been waiting for this one Brother! I STILL have the 45 this was released on. As for your comment, music is the key good music hits the soul. My door will be open for you brother
Dude, you could be friends with anyone. I can't imagine how anyone wouldn't want to be friends with someone so positive and joyful. Keep on rockin', and reacting to those hidden gems
This is what the joy of being alive sounds like
This song introduced me to the world of music.. I was only 6 or 7 when I heard it.. it grabbed me, then some of their other songs Cool change Reminiscing.. 50 years later still love their music
"Why can't we be friends" most definitely! Would you consider breaking down War's "All day music"?
Man, this video just reminded me what a STUNNING band this was. Impeccable.
WOW hadn't heard that in ages. Thank you!

Yes, he should watch the Rockit video, very strange but very cool at the same time.
One of my favorite songs by Little River Band!👍🏻👍🏻✌🏻☮️🎼
society seems to have lost compassion for "losers" these days.....
the sweet-spirited sensitive souls, who keep the world from flying apart.
The fact that you love to do this shows in your voice in the tone of your voice. It's a lot different than many of the reactors and why I enjoy yours more than most. I can tell by watching your non-verbals you are really trying to absorb every lyric and all of the accompanying instrumentation,
Thanks for another great review!
I think you would really like “Dance With Me” by Orleans.
The smirk on your face with the very first words cracked me up! Thanks for your reaction - they made my heart happy (as my kids say).
This was my childhood.
I love your Teach peace hoodie Jamal.
I absolutely love Little River Band.
One of the greatest bands from Australia ever!
I wish I could see them live!
Amazing singing, amazing songwriting. LOVE IT!!
How about some Dr. Hook!

Yes! The Baby's were awesome!
Very underrated band
Such perfect harmonies. This is my fav of theirs. I immediately ran out and bought this. Nothin better than sharing the love with Jam.

Roxy is a very unique band.

One of their best, yes! Us older folks are really diggin the jams...Blessings of Love, Peace
They are so much better with Glenn Shorrock! - Thanks for listening.
I agree, but I think all four lead singers have had something to offer
This song brings me back to 1977..my babysitter played this 45 over and over again...along with the Bay City Rollers!!..LOL ..talk about 70s rock-!!
Still recommending a series of Jackson Browne reactions. So many songs to choose from.
Love you loving the music that means so much to me personally. growing up in Connecticut in the 70s...the vibe was living, loving and laughing. I miss those days deeply and thought it was lost to the garbage music of today, but you prove that those vibes live on. Love you man, Respect!
Blinded by the light from Manfred mann please dude
I've been asking for MMEB for 2 months. YES
If it’s the song I’m thinking of I third the request! Great pick! 👍
@@BigPete44 It is. "Revved Up Like A Deuce , Another Runner In The Night , Blinded By The Light"
Or...Blinded by the Light by Bruce Springsteen, it's author. 😉
Good suggestion. I asked for Peter Frampton's Do You Feel Like I Do. Hoping it'll make the cut.
Man, I haven't heard this one in like forever!! Thanks for a pleasant trip down memory lane. I need to check out more of your reaction videos.
Review 'My Girl (Gone, Gone, Gone) by Chilliwack...it's in the same vein and time period.
Almost forgot about that song .
Oh you didn’t?!! I love that song- had the 45 record and played it over and over! Most people haven’t heard of it! So shocked to see you request it- now let’s see if he’ll do it.. I think a lot go by how many requests are received for certain songs- sadly and unfortunately, I don’t see any requests for it- you and now me are the first- let’s keep trying- GREAT song!!
Oh man Chilliwack that's a deep pull .
Ed Hubal yes! Always loved it and still do!!
I actually heard this song a few months ago on a Canadian radio station. Love that song! They dont play it in the States.
That's what makes these classics. They apply today as much as they did back then. Thanks J.
