I love it being able to see a new flip everyday ❤❤❤❤ thank you for doing this
Of course! We love doing what we are able to do (:
Thank you a million for watching 🤗
It is beautiful! Great job, Lauren! I have to say, you have been very consistent following up with the Flipmas! Congrats, and Happy Hoidays!!
I know the owner of this table now! 😆 Great job! Keep creating!
Black Windsor Chairs would be cute 😍
Wow! That table is gorgeous!,
It's GORGEOUS! So refreshed and beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing
What a beautiful transformation! You did good 👏👏👏
Why not sand and stain it? Not a fan of painted wood
It’s so interesting how this wood grain took is coming back. I learned how to use it in design school over 20 years ago along with faux marbles and granite.
The table came out beautifully.
That table is absolutely perfect!!!😊🎉❤
So love love love Neiman!😊
The wood graining tool gave such a beautiful grain to the piece ! Very pretty ❤. I would love to see that same technique done with a darker gel stain and a hint of sheen on top coat . You make it all look so easy to do … you’re a great teacher ❤ and inspiration !
The reveal was spectacular! Beautifully done 😊❤
I'm loving the white washed oak look. Great job on using the retiekit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🕊️✌️😀😃😄😁🤗
Gorgeous table. Love the pedestal look! As always, great job!!
Do you ever consider keeping any of your flips for your own home? Seems like you deserve to when you’re so happy with the outcome! Love all of your flips!
Not so much anymore! I have flipped a few pieces for our home so we're pretty set there! I love seeing others get to experience what I create much much more ❤️
Lovely. I enjoyed learning about the graining tools. It turned out so well. I would like to see the Retique It used with a darker gel to give us an impact more easily seen from a distance. As always, you gave us excellent instruction including what to do if we don’t like our attempt. You made this seem like a very achievable project from start to finish. Thank you.
I want to give props to Nieman for his editing skills!! The music, the comedy, its all great and entertaining!
Pretty sure Neiman doesn't edit the vids any longer, they had their editor come visit during the grand opening of the new store, I forget his name but he's part of the team :)
Another beautiful piece!
That seemed to be a LOT of work. I can't count how many coats of paint you put on the table. Love seeing you flipping furniture.
Beautiful table design 😻. Also nice finish ❤
With that simple lined table and the light color you chose, 6 different style of chairs with the same light color would look so homey to me.
Awesome table I can see that table with miss match old chairs for that old farm looking kitchen. Now that I see the finish look matching chairs
I did my round table with this paint. And did the wood grain tool. Then i stained it pale blue. Its so beautiful.
That is beautiful.
Great video, i just love the flipmas series. This is one beautiful table. Out of curiosity as much as lauren likes diy stuff, have you ever thought of learning to refinish wood instead of always painting? As creative and talented you are, i bet that you would enjoy refreshing furniture with the veneer, and wood. Just a thought, love yalls channel, have a wonderful holiday. Great video Neiman😊😊
She has refinished many items over the years, she definitely does do paint more often, but she's refinished several beautiful antiques over the last few years :)
Love this one! I'm planning to do a dining table like this in my home!
Trusting you is easy, everything turns out so beautiful. 👍💖
FABULOUS!!!!!
Very nice kitchen table sooo much better !
That table is gorgeous the color is soft goes well with the tablescape great job Lauren
Awesome, I love what you did to the table!!
Its good you demonstrated this product. However i think you would have achieved a better finish with a good sanding and paint wash and top coat. I think this product has its place sorry not a fan this but love youre work.
BLESS YOU ! THE TABLE TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL
Well, that was super cool that tool it looks a absolutely great that table does wonderful job
Wow you go girl ❤
Such a fantastic job!
That came out great!
Fantastic as usual 👏👏💕
Awesome job!!!
Beautiful and I love your table scape! ❤
Beautiful table
The table turned out beautiful! I think you have way more patience than I do! I love your Christmas gear 💕
Nice. That yellow isn't my taste but it did turn out nice.
Love this!
Macenna xo also used the Retique It on her bathroom vanity. Seems to have a great finish. Looking forward to seeing you use it again. Good job ❤🇨🇦
This turned out so great! What an amazing product. Others using this product have commented there's a smell? Did you have that experience? You didn't seem to.
maybe a slight smell but nothing unbearable at all! 😊
Wow! I love this table! Great job!
❤❤❤
Love how this table turned out!!.cool wood grain tool!!..great job lady!!❤
Great job,both of you.
Thank you Beverley (:
Turned out lovely. 😊
I love Flipmas!!
Great look❤
Merry Christmas
Wow, really nice job
She did do a flip for her house a couple actually I think. I agree, she has redone some amazing flips so it would be difficult NOT to keep some pieces!
looks amazing!! nice work!
Awesome
Love the table. I am wondering why you use this technique instead of going back to its own wood? Would it look different. Not critique, just wondering about cost etc.
I wanted a wood look without all the sanding! 😭
Quedó bella❤
The table turned out fantastic! Glad you didn’t look for chairs (unless you had them in stock) because people might just want to use it as a hall table or they may already have chairs
Lauren, would you consider giving advice on modernising a piece if I send you pictures and my game plan for it?
This is a very dramatic flip! Really amazing job! I hope it sells quickly. Merry Merry Holidays! B~}
Do you guys do classes? You know flipping furniture classes in your new building?
Yes we do! we have our first one coming up on January 20th 😁
That was pretty neat, how much are you listing it for? ❤
Why didn't you just sand it down and stain it? Since it was already wood?
Stunning! Great job 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Excellent job. Are you going to move your beautifully organized tools from your garage to your workshop?
I need to! probably after Flipmas!
Its beautiful. Did you tell us how much money you are listing it for? If so, I missed it.
Lauren,
Does it make a difference applying the faux wood-grain vertically or horizontally?
Should a beginner avoid vertical application and leave that until they have more experience?

🙏🏾🥰💖💯💫🎄
By and large I like, even love your work, but covering up gorgeous maple wood with paint to give a faux wood look is too much. I love wood - except for some oaks. Paint the heck out of oak! But maple is a wood that has a beautiful shimmering depth to it, and that thick, solid maple slab is a treasure. That was the beauty of this table. The first layer of yellowish primer made the whole thing look like plastic. You can do this to a plastic bench table and get the same look at the end as you did with this maple-now plastic-table. The grain that tool gave was an oak grain. However, someone will like it....
Well the good news is she can decide to sand it all off one day if it doesn't sell, or she just wants to change it. She answered someone else who asked why she didn't do just that, sand it down to the original wood grain, she said she wanted a wood look without all the sanding. I imagine doing these flips back to back for flipmas definitely puts her on some time constraints. Who knows, maybe someone will love it, there are plenty of comments of people saying they loved it :) I have to agree, for maple, I'd have taken the extra time and made this a glorious large table. Never know she might redo it down the road, she's redone a few peices over the years :)
Way too many steps on this one.....
Honestly this is my least favorite out of all the flipmas episodes yet.
alrighty then
@@FurnitureFlippingTeacher not trying to be rude, I still like it. Just an observation. I love all the stuff you do. Wasn't trying to come off rude or anything
I think you gave an honest comment, I did not find it rude at all. We are not going to like EVERYTHING that is done on any particular channel.
