Hey guys, today i'm going to show you how to make a banana smoothie. This is the best banana smoothie recipe because it actually tastes good! Using my ninja blender, add 5-8 ice cubes. Cut up and ad 1.5 bananas. It will be better if you freeze your bananas first. Frozen bananas taste better in smoothies. then take half an orange, add it to the blender along with some strawberry yogurt. next, the most important part of the recipe is to add 3 to 4 scoops of ice cream. this is the most important ingredient to a good smoothie. fill the blender 1/4th full with orange juice to make the smoothie extra healthy and actually taste good. this is a perfect smoothie without milk.
