I had a milk shake in a cafe the other day in the same style cups you serve yours in.i prefer them in the old fashioned metal containers. They keep cold for longer and you get more milkshake

I sometimes put ice cubes into the blender, not that it sounds happy with it. Makes a thicker mix being super chilled.
Try xanthan gum or guar gum. You only need a tiny tiny amount and it really thickens it. It will take your milkshakes to the next level and stops it from separating

I have a question, im not going to make this but I need clarification in case I do. In the description, you said 60ml is 1/4 and 200g for ice cream is also 1/4 but In the video the ice cream to milk ratio is obviously more and not equal. So is it a mistake or is that the measurement?
