If you don’t have a high speed blender but still want that super thick - ice cream consistency smoothie bowl, don’t worry! You can still make a thick smoothie bowl using the nutribullet pro blender. It will take more time and patience but if you’re willing to stick it through, you can save a dollar and still achieve the same results with your smoothie bowls.

Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1/4 cup liquid (I started with 1/4 cup and added a splash while mixing)
Blend all the ingredients in the nutribullet pro. Stopping when the blender stalls to take off the lid, mix everything around with a spoon and then shaking it down towards the blades. Blend again and repeat this process until thick smoothie consistency is acheived only adding liquid when absolutely necessary.

I just found you from short stories. Love all I've seen. I subscribed right away. The smoothie bowl looks so good. It's been 2 years ago this month that I can't eat solid food anymore due to a dentist ruining my mouth. I basically live on soup, milk mashed potatoes. I used to make smoothies but my blender broke. I'm trying to save for a Vitamix as I've lost 50 pounds from my poor diet. It's not good since I'm thin to begin with. If I ever get one I'll be making your great drinks and the bowl. I'm so happy there is a smoothie bowl made from a blender like that! I have that blender. It was discouraging at first because other videos were showing really expensive blenders with that tamp rod thing. I thought I wasn't able to get a smoothie like that.. I have a personal sized Ninja blender that I think is around 700 wats. Its pretty similar to the nutribullet and it's the perfect size for my dorm room!

Right now I use a handheld blender meant for soup to make my smoothie bowls.It doesn’t blend.So one day all the frozen banana got caught in the blade area,so I tried to clean it.It somehow turned on while my fingers was on the blade.Now I have a giant scar on my index finger + no feeling because of nerve damage😅Could use a better blender
