This is really really sad. I came across his videos 6 months ago and I was so happy to see someone who makes travel videos like me. His energy and passion reminds me of myself. It’s so sad and painful to see that this happened. Africa has really lost a great one. My condolences.

Bro it’s not Nigeria. It’s the silence and support of Igbos home and abroad for IPOB. It’s the southeast. This isIPOB’s work. Now it’s hurting all those we love and admire.
      F•cking call them out.
Remember prior 05.06.2021. Nigeria tried to intervene but Y’all stopped it. Now it has come home to bite us. Jokers.

Kidnapping in Northern part of Nigeria is even worse, do you know how many people have lost their lives and houses in the Northern part of Nigeria due to Kidnapping? A lot of people have lost their lives and you are coming here to blame the Igbos. Nigeria as a country needs to do better, a lot of crimes and Kidnapping is going on due to the situation of the country. To the people that loved him, I want to say I'm very sorry that this happened.
He did a very important work, he documented his people. You might not understand why it was so important but if you wanted to see contemporary Nigeria just as it is, it is actually quite hard to do so. Little of us is documented but Eboh painstakingly decided to perform this task. That is a such a beautiful mission to take on.
It is sad that miscreants of this society he chose to document killed him. I wish him justice and to his loved ones, peace.

Yet through it all his heart was with the people he documented and he saw a brighter future for them on the horizon. We should all follow Eboh's example of seeing the good in people and working to help in whatever way we can to improve their lives.

You were kind of a journalist, showing your country to the world, not in a good or a bad way, but a realistic way. I followed you here for a long time, I love Nigeria too. I am a European, my wife is a Nigerian. I used to travel thousands of kilometers between Abuja and South East by road, even with my two babies, always knowing something like this could happen to us. Nigeria is a beautiful country, but a country that failed to provide basic things, a country that is lost in hardship and corruption, a country where life has the price. I lived there for years and I could not see the future of my children there. Mr. Eboh, you have done tremendous work that will forever remind us of you, your passion, your patriotism, your sacrifice. You are a true hero.

This is incredible sad news. One or two years ago I came across his videos and for me, they definitely were a blessing. I learned so many things. To me, he gave insights on Nigeria like no one else did before. I am following and watching his work from Germany and I hope his legacy will live on and keep on inspiring people, keep on educating and encouraging people.
    rest in peace, dear eboh
