Lovely video! Hoping to do this in a couple of days (but not expecting as much sunshine).

Cheers Paul. Aye the glen is very pretty. Especially with all the animals around. I'll probably go back for a cycle in winter to see the place covered in snow too. ATB.

Magic time-lapse Andy. What do you film with. Gopro?

Hi Kevin. Yeah I use the GoPro 99% of the time. Occasionally i'll use the DJI Pocket 2 in low light situations as it uses a gimbal for stabilization, like twighlight before the sun comes up, as the GoPro is terrible in low light with digital stabilization on. Cheers.

@@andy-astro Nice. Need to stop using the phone and get something better. Fancied the DJI Osmo for a while. Stabilisation on that is great.

@@Kev_Russ I like the DJI stuff too, with all their experience with drone cameras. Though I think the GoPro 10 is perfect for the mountains, in bright conditions. Rugged, waterproof, and shoots up to 5.3k60, though 4k is enough for most hardware. Easily mountable on chest or helmet too. And faster frame rates for slow motion stuff at 4k and below if needed. The only downside to the camera is the low light performance, which the DJI Pocket 2 excels at since it's gimbal stabilized rather than digital.

@@andy-astro Ma ancient laptop couldnae handle 4k.🤭 Robin had the 10 but returned it as he had issues with it overheating.

@@Kev_Russ Yeah I read about the overheating issues the 10 has. Though I think it only happens when recording for long periods indoors with no airflow. Out on the hills only taking short clips, and plenty airflow, i've not had any issues. Though I only upgraded to it before the Blaven video. Was using the 9 before and it had awful audio popping/clicking issues which you can hear in some of mine and other peoples videos. Will see how it holds up when the 30*C days come with no wind. It really chomps through the battery though, have to carry a few spares with me.
