@@Flip-a-dip-dip oh golly, i'm so sorry you gotta deal with that hopefully youtube is a little more sane where people know that pointing out a race like that isn't actually racist
Knew I heard the vocals somewhere before, Ganja White Night used the exact same sample in his song "The Origins" lmao I just thought that was interesting
The song they used for the vocals is Chichovite kone Btw i think they used the same exact recording as in the song Balkan by Omiki, so yeah, they didn't even record original vocals it seems
Chichovite Kone is a bulgarian folk song, it has no indentifiable original composer. Ryo Yamazaki must have found recordings of it in a Square Enix sound bank and decided to use it because it sounds exotic. I don't see anything wrong with this sampling, there are a lot of great soundtracks with samples. Perhaps you are saying the entire work of Hideki Naganuma sucks because it's a myriad of samples? 🤨
@@XelchanTheBrave Rayman 2's entire soundtrack was a hodgepodge of samples. So was LISA: the Painful. They have some of the best tracks in the industry. It's so baffling to me when people gripe about this. Not everything has to be completely original. Skillful people can make anything from the limited tools they are given.
Any one else find it oddly refreshing to hear Arabic music in anything other than a desert level/boss fight
but… this is a boss fight
@@Cloud_Strife1997 yes. but is this a desert boss fight?
@@crossoverfan12 sorry, i thought you meant it’s better than a desert level or a boss fight, not that you meant desert boss as well.

Oh, it's SO refreshing!
same here it seems to embody the call of the sirens ... dragging them in entrancing them to their watery grave
Prince of persia intersifiles.
who's idea was it to put arabic music to a sea boss?
weird choise, but still awsome
At the risk of sounding racist, the girl you’re trying to save in this section looks like she could be Middle Eastern
@@Flip-a-dip-dip if you really think pointing out someone's race in that matter is racist, you've been on twitter too long--

Belly dancing Jellyfish monster.
This music screams witches from Madoka Magica
Especially Oktavia Von Seckendorff,
I agree
Yup almost all the bosses themes sound like they would belong in Madoka magica
THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING
im so glad im not the only one who thinks this asdhakhdaskh
Anjellica
BIGGEST fan of Shakira with her
“Hips Don’t Lie” album
1:56 is a nice little breakdown especially with that drum fill at 2:08
This is my jam 100% really glad to buy and play Balan WonderWorld. :)
What a privilege, to be able to wast- invest 60$ into such an expirience.
Lot of Prince of Persia vibes in this theme ! I freaking love it ! :-D
Actually sound like something from Madoka Magica.

Agreed!!
Indeed it is I was thinking the same thing
Hahaha
The chanting in this music reminds me of the ending title song from Coraline

A Water Boss, yet the Arabic Music strangely works? Love it!
Oh my favorite boss music!
Man, Ariel! You let yourself go.
This song looks like The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices 🧐
0:48 sheeeesh
This music reminds me of Nier. Its a pretty good soundtrack for this game.
0:19 / 2:10 best part
The arabic music weirdly makes sense considering it's a girl who's recently been traumatized by water.
Or maybe Fiona has some Arabic linage ? Like living somewhere places like Dubai or similiar ?
Balan Wonderworld team put more soul intro ost then gameplay as musical myself l can say
the best part of Balan Wonderworld was when he said "IT'S BALANIN' TIME" and balaned all over those guys
Sht

🎉
I’m a nier vibe from the vocal bit 0:48 I like it
So, I'm not the only one...
This boss represents the belief of betrayal from the game after the demo came out. As the cutscene shows Fiona getting traumatised from the betrayal
Omiki - Balkan
Check it out it's litteraly the base of this ost.
I have no clue why
but I seriously hope this is splatoon 3 turf war ost
You're so dead wrong~
Bionicle Heroes vibes!
Its so arabic, i like it اعجبتني
