I’ve inadvertently pee myself in a situation that hadn’t become aware of as potentially dangerous. I genuinely wasn’t close to the nearest toilets and been trying to do the potty dance as quickly as possible to make it lol. Anyway a man in his early 30s had been walking behind me and had quickly passed me once I relieved myself behind a brick wall. Didn’t think too much of it at the time until a week later the local news reported the arrest of this man for two SAs in the area. I’m guessing your grandma is onto something, it does feel like my weak bladder saved me. 😬
seeing your hair change through the years is for some reason so fascinating to me 😭 im an og fan i remember katrina and hunter and all the other characters
I saw a self defense tip that you should carry a long lanyard with heavy things on the bottom because it makes a really good improvisational weapon. If you’re walking alone, just have it out and maybe swing it idly, because a lot of abductors and/or grapists will target victims who look unthreatening, and swinging a potential weapon might make you look like too much of a bother. Stay safe guys
It also makes a ton of noise so you won't exactly go silently, especially those keychain decible things that you press a button and it makes a loud alarm sound.

I graduated in 1977. When I was a senior, there were killers everywhere. Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, Son Of Sam, Angelo Buono, Kenneth Bianchi, Otis Toole, Henry Lee Lucas, ( just the ones I remember.
I'm watching this near midnight, my grandmother is getting ready for bed after watching a late TV program, she walks in and says oh who's that? I said this is Kris, you can call her Kris, and she's telling me about unsolved murders! She looks at me, say's oh okay, that's nice, and turns and goes tup to bed. Thank you for the video Kris haha.
I love the way her hair is growing out. In school I had a small army of ginger friends. They were always so kind. Some of the best friends I've ever had. It looks great and it fits her perfectly.
My mom lived in Kansas City in the 80's, and actually remembers going to the Westport flea market and seeing "Bob's Bazaar Bizarre" which was run by Bob Berdella. During that time period he killed 6 people. Really weird how sometimes serial killers just kinda exist in plain sight without people realizing.
He was in the process of opening a Bob's Bazaar Bizarre in harrisonville mo. I remember watching police swarm all over a property he owned when he was arrested
Funny story, my ELAR honors teacher dated a murder for a while. He wasn't a murderer when they met, but a few years after they dated, she told her students that she dated a basketball star before he was famous, and one yelled "oh yeah! He's in jail for murder!!" Apparently he and his current girlfriend killed old people
0:55 the cleveland torso murders (covered by buzzfeed unsolved as well watch that too it's a really good documentary) 14:06 the alphabet murders 31:25 the I70 strangler Edit: there is also one more case that's just as disturbing as the cases mentioned if not even more disturbing and that's the atalanta child murders
As someone who lived in Cleveland and who’s family has lived in Cleveland for a very long time, the Cleveland murders are very very ingrained in my mind. My mother would tell me stories of how she and my grandmother would hear about it and how traumatic it was to know there’s a monster in the place they lived in.
To translate the doctor handwriting for the tattoo man, only 2 words are a bit iffy but the rest I can interpret. "Head severed at axis, clean & sharp. Multiple cuts made in apparently(?) tentative(?) manner. Body found about 150 ft from head." And the rest is just description of the guy and where he was found
The ones with kids always get me, especially now that I have one. Knowing that someone could have saved Carmen and possibly stopped the killer at the start if they had just helped her just absolutely kills me.
Same, it was hard to hear about children being murdered before, but now that I have a child it's unfathomable and terrifying to know that monsters like this exist. I just wish the justice system and general public would put more effort into protecting children and locking these creatures up for life! They can't be rehabilitated!
Little safety measure: child grapists are more likely to target kids without male relatives. Always make sure to have dad/uncle/grandpa or some male friend pick up your kiddo/be seen with them around ❤ That is direct information from an interview with a child abuser. He didn't pick kids who had dads/uncles/grandpas because he was scared of getting beat up
The fox hollow farm is less than 10 mins from my house & 20 mins from the store he started (which is now Viet Hua grocery store). So many people go drive by it/ & have snuck into it. It’s been said to be haunted by the victims of that monster Herb Baumeister.
I'm convinced there's a Bad Penmanship course in medical school. I grew up with a guy that had decent handwriting until he became an MD. I take great pleasure in making fun of him for it.
I got into a car accident in 2019 with a drunk driver, It caused my neck to have 3 herniated discs and nerve damage all down the right side of my body. Ive had 2 neck surgeries to correct it and I don’t have feeling in my right arm. I’m right handed. I avoid writing anything by hand at all costs, it’s absolutely horrendous to read and I’ve had people ask me if I’m a doctor. 😂😂
I don't think the doctors think about it. They know what they wrote down. Not to mention a doctor has to write everything he/she says down so many times that I think they just use a lot of shorthand. I'm not making excuses for them, but that's what I think.
I heard from some lecturers at university that medical professionals are taught to write like that because it makes it more distinct and harder to forge for prescriptions and whatnot
18:02 I know it is tragic and still happens all the time everywhere but in most countries at least here in europe is it still very normal to let your child go somewhere alone. Even in bigger cities do you see children of elementary school age go alone to school or to friends.
as a Rochesterian (person from rochester ny) Thank you for covering this, there are many many suspects in the hearts of the community and my best friend actually lived in the area where some of the girls were living

I don't think very many people are recommending things for Kris to talk about, but if it is ok and not much work, maybe the hello kitty murder case could be talked about, I love to hear Kris talk about these kind things bc she makes it easier to watch. Love you Kris!!!!!

What is with all the comments on UA-cam saying oh such n such needs their own TV show or Netflix show blah blah blah...NOOOOOOOOOOO! They are DIGITAL CREATORS. They have control over how they do things and THAT'S WHY it is so good. Do NOT keep pressing people to go "mainstream" on the "boobtube". They will LOSE CONTROL over what they do, because those places have SHAREHOLDERS to please. Stop being naive!
I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts, and it’s refreshing to find one that gives a more lighthearted take. Would love a Kallmekris true crime podcast
For those wondering about the term Jackass Hill: Jack - likely refers to the male variants of animals. Ass - likely refers to a quadrupedal Equus also known as a donkey. Hill - likely a high point of terrain within a particular locale. Donkeys/Asses are mated with horses to produce mules. Jackasses were known to be headstrong animals.
8:12 Fun fact: Eliot Ness was one of the people responsible for locking Al Capone away, and was seen as a hero until his failure in finding who was the torso murderer
These stories are so heartbreaking - especially the kids. Humans are such cruel creatures - why do we do this sort of thing to each other? (Don't answer.) Kudos to Kris for her research and delivery. Thanks.
I live in hamilton county indiana and have been to this house out of curiosity. When you drive onto the property you get a vibe and you can almost feel all the death. Bones to this day are still being found on the property.
For the second case:One thing to note the 1st victim was actually not found in churchville, she was found a couple miles from churchville, also she is separated from the other two because the police believe that she was killed by someone else, as she was the only girl who wasn’t feed/chocked without a belt Ps the other girl(wanda) was fed custard i believe
From Alaska,SO many people up here that are running from something, heard drunk stories around the fire that seriously made me think of serial murders I heard of in the lower 48 but no proof other than very specific details, weird creepy smiles and a rep for being unwanted by even the local adults. They never told us why but those men would suddenly just disappear, nobody knew where they went they just left after being told they weren't welcome here.
You described Stand By Me to a tee. A group of kids decide to go find the body of some kid who has been missing. They thought they would be famous and in the paper for finding him. It's a great movie.
It's stuff like this that makes me so scared for my daughter's future. My own mom impressed it upon my sisters and I from an early age that if we ever go anywhere alone or after dark, we'll be r*ped and murdered... I hated feeling like I couldn't be fully independent and go places by myself because of the fear she instilled me. I hated having to be afraid... but at least I was safe. I don't want my baby girl to have to grow up afraid to be alone, but maybe that's the only way to really be safe.
When I was younger my mom sent me and my brother to the store on our own, but my brother was 6 feet tall. So I don’t think any serial killer would’ve even tried.
As someone who grew up in indiana it's crazy i had never heard of the i-70 strangler. It's unsettling, yet also sobering knowing such atrocities occurred so close to home. Just another reminder for everyone to stay safe out there. I'm very invested in these true crime deep dives you have been doing. It's nice to put a video on and listen while i paint, game, etc. Keep being awesome❤
My first husband and I moved to Indianapolis after we married in November 1992. He was hired for a second job in spring 1993 at one of Herbert Baumeister's Save-A-Lot stores. I met him when I visited the store to pick up my husband, and he gave me the heeby jeebies. He looked weird at my then husband every so often and hovered nearby, just creepy. We were stunned when we saw on the news one night that he was a suspect in these murders, even so, and could not believe how things progressed from there. Serial killers live their lives right among us, and most of us never even know that that "quiet guy" living next door is a monster in human form.

Its surprisingly easy
its cause cops suck at their job. A cop gave my family a ticket for OUR OUTDOOR FURNITURE

Thank you for mentioning the 'don't go to a second location' thing. I truely believe that needs to be shared much much more for safety.
Exactly. I read something that your chances of escape go down to less than 2% if the killer gets you to the second location.
My mother watched true crime. She always told me not to let them get me to a 2nd location. U fight, u scream. If they're gonna unalive u right there in the parking lot, then they were gonna do it anyway but at least u now can't be tortured. It sucks to have to explain it like that but that's the World.
But what was she wearing at the time?
My grandmother always told me to bite, scratch, and pee urself if possible. Going to the bathroom on yourself especially

Or you could get a gun. If that's illegal where you live you could get a (pocket) knife or pepper spray.
@AddysonWatkins-tx1yp all of those options are illegal where I live 🤦♀️ it's bullshit
Honestly idk if a key chain with a lot of stuff on it is threatening get a big dog or a ccw pepper spray taser knife a scary friend
It also makes a ton of noise so you won't exactly go silently, especially those keychain decible things that you press a button and it makes a loud alarm sound.

We love it when Kris releases another video that makes me scream cry sob and pull the blanket over my feet !!!!
"You piece of shit! ..I mean , unless he didn't do it." 🤣🤣🤣
I'm watching this near midnight, my grandmother is getting ready for bed after watching a late TV program, she walks in and says oh who's that?

He's in jail for murder!!" oh kris how we love you
As someone who lived in Cleveland and who’s family has lived in Cleveland for a very long time, the Cleveland murders are very very ingrained in my mind.
Body found about 150 ft from head." And the rest is just description of the guy and where he was found
“You beautiful sick intellectual freak” lol Kris’s humor is the high of my day😂😂😂
The ones with kids always get me, especially now that I have one.
Always make sure to have dad/uncle/grandpa or some male friend pick up your kiddo/be seen with them around ❤
That is direct information from an interview with a child abuser.
And also haunted by the man himself
i grew up in the southwest suburbs & learned plenty of the I-70 murders & the burger chef murders. i was very sheltered tho

I'm convinced there's a Bad Penmanship course in medical school. I grew up with a guy that had decent handwriting until he became an MD.
I take great pleasure in making fun of him for it.
I trained as a Medical Transcriptionist many years ago, and I think you're right! The freaking dictated notes could be just as bad!
It's also the speed they are writing I think - they are seeing so many people so quickly and only have moments to write their notes

For those wondering about the term Jackass Hill:
Jack - likely refers to the male variants of animals.
He was also had a lot of enemies so the office view fact was interesting

For the second case:One thing to note the 1st victim was actually not found in churchville, she was found a couple miles from churchville, also she is separated from the other two because the police believe that she was killed by someone else, as she was the only girl who wasn’t feed/chocked without a belt
Ps the other girl(wanda) was fed custard i believe

From Alaska,SO many people up here that are running from something, heard drunk stories around the fire that seriously made me think of serial murders I heard of in the lower 48 but no proof other than very specific details, weird creepy smiles and a rep for being unwanted by even the local adults. They never told us why but those men would suddenly just disappear, nobody knew where they went they just left after being told they weren't welcome here.
I have no idea how we went from TikTok skits to murder docs but i LOVE IT
You described Stand By Me to a tee. A group of kids decide to go find the body of some kid who has been missing. They thought they would be famous and in the paper for finding him. It's a great movie.
I read The Boby by Stephen King and watched Stand By Me this year, they were both incredibly good!
Except for the pie-eating contest scene.
The first murders stopping entirely after he was institutionalized is so telling.
Kris: Dont laugh, Jackass hill
Me: *Immediately giggles*
Hearing her say the murderers were near or in the state where you live just genuinely scares me knowing the place i live has an uncaught murderer.
Did any

It's one of the few cases I've heard from Indiana tbh, not a state many people talk about I've noticed
“You sick,beautiful minded,intellectual,freak” describes me perfectly ❤😂
