Since she came out about her abuse iv watched a couple of her streams where she is playing a video game or something and they are enjoyable and she seems really happy to be able to do the things she wants to do how she wants to do them. She seems excited about being able to do things on her terms which is great to see.

Poor girl was being abused by her husband and being forced to make content and stream. Regardless of how she makes money, she was being verbally threatened by her husband constantly. To make it even equal to paying a minimum wage job you are working nonstop. You are your own marketing team. Your own manager. After perfecting the product and streaming for 12 hours straight. Not sitting twiddling your thumbs... your mentally working to constantly engage with the audience. Start and keep a an interesting and genuine performance going. Have you ever actually seen these women live? They are moving their bodies seductively for hours (god forbid they sit and chat and eat for an hour in between.) Then after the performance the job isn't over. You have a photo shoot set up either with a photographer or by yourself. You are wardrobe and lights and set designer. Photographer and subject. You are also digital editor. So with those hundreds of photos you took you sift through, find the good ones and spend the next several hours editing and creating posts for marketing and content. Next you have to fill those orders that were supposed to go out yesterday. Package them and deal with the bureaucracy. You can eat while doing this because you have 10 minutes until a one on one video call. IT IS NOT EASY.
It turns out her boyfriend/husband was abusing her and controlling every aspect of her career btw.
