- Join me (Mike - Physiotherapist) for these intermediate vestibular rehabilitation exercises that can be used to relieve symptoms associated with vestibular dysfunction, that being dizziness, vertigo and motion sensitivity.
Always make sure you see your doctor or Physiotherapist before undertaking these exercises.
Results are usually seen around 2-6 weeks. Stay consistent and gradually progress the exercises.

can i just say as a chronically ill 27 year old how much i appreciate your channel? i always felt like shit trying to follow "beginner" work out videos for younger ppl and still not being able to do them. i didn't work out at all for a long time. it's nice to have exercises that i can do, so that i still can have some fitness. i've nearly passed out trying to follow beginner yoga videos, and seeing this video for vertigo/dizziness makes me happy as you've accommodated my needs once again without even aiming to do so. thank u for ur channel

Hi Mr Mike is these exercises good for persons who did spinal surgery, I did surgery seven years ago

I don't feel this works as well as employ maneuvers
