Wow great vid friends, we moved from Alberta in 2021 to Mexico as it was our dream for the past 12 years to retire in Mexico. Alberta was good to us. Cheers everyone from Mexico. 👋🏽👋🏽✌🏽 I was Born and Raised In Flin Flon Manitoba.

You could have at least mentioned the new playground for seniors that's being constructed where the old beef gristle mill used to be, and maybe you could have pointed out some of the highlights/benefits of the facility, such as a Full Time Complaining Booth that's open 6AM-3PM that most seniors will love, and the Wheelchair Friendly "Trampoline Terrace" for the heavily insured senior fitness crowd.
As someone who has lived in Winnipeg for 10+ years, don’t come. Tourist attractions aren’t even that good there’s always a better choice, downtown and some of north Winnipeg is a war zone. I wanna leave this place first chance I get.
As someone who’s lived in Winnipeg my whole life, there ain’t “war zones” in Downtown and the Northend it isn’t that great but it’s quite nice in a lot of parts, tourist attractions are worth it if you go on the right days and know where to go, if you wanna leave then leave it’s not that hard
Anyone who would go the Royal Canadian Mint before visiting the Manitoba Museum (a world-class institution) doesn't deserve to spend time here. The Exchange District feels like a ghost town most days. Great neighborhood if you love abandoned buildings.
Winnipegger here. This video is complete BS. Winnipeg is a really boring city. Most immigrants are shown videos like this to get them to move to Winnipeg, then they're really disappointed when they get here. They show pictures and videos of The Forks and the Human Rights Museum, pretty much like this video is doing, then they come here and see the rest of the city doesn't look like that and there's nothing to do here.
There really isn’t. I was just there as part of my cross country road trip and it’s the only city I’m struggling to post a recap of. I’m trying hard to fake excitement, but the struggle is real! 😂 Downtown has some beautiful sights, but that’s about it. Locals are also rude.
