hi everyone ,if anyone else trying to find out best effective way to stop smoking try Alkarno Smoke Stopper Alchemist (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my colleague got great results with it.
Odd day, odd time, but it's right now! I can no longer keep this up. I work 12 hr shifts and I manage to smoke 1 1/2- 2 packs a day. There have been times I could barely breath, I hate every thing about smoking! It's an addiction and I now face it. Never seen these clips before but here goes. I am stronger than the urge to cause damage to my health!
I smoked for only 10 years, and I worked 9 hours in the office , and we weren't allowed to smoke anywhere near the premises Yet I managed to smoke between 20-30 / day So when she says she peaked at 60, it makes perfect sense, given she smoked during the days it was allowed indoors So glad I quit
Life is much better without smoking, it's as simple as that. Do you think non-smokers look at smokers and think look at how much fun they're having? But Smokers constantly wish they weren't smoking or that they had never started. It's not fun, it may be hard for you to see that, but it's not fun. You should read his book, just google it, there's a few free copies out there.
Hello there and actually I was a smoker....at times...over the years....... Hearing Natalie say she used to regularly smoke 60 cigarettes a day though is a huge habit....as it does equate to around eight to ten hours/day of smoking. My reaction was also in wondering how a person would have time to work and do all the other things we do in a 24 hour period including sleeping. Which is why Allen Carrs method is a truly great program and service.
I was a 1 pack smoker a day, but I have friends that are 3,4 or 5 pack a day smokers and believe me when I say that they manger it very we'll. smoking 3 packs a day is about 4 cigs a hour. The people I know that are heavy smokers have one in their hand always, they work from home, they wake up a couple times in their sleep to smoke and sometime they don't even smoke the entire cigarette down to its butt. And remember, this movie looks a little dated, and back in "the day" when everyone smoked everywhere.
ive listened to the audiobook twice, and watched the film a couple of times, although stopping is easy, i find that I always go back to smoking at some point or other. There is just a switch in my head that says "hell, just smoke up for a week and then just re-read the book..."
ubershredder1989 He means that Allen Carr's book has anticipated your cycle of "serial quitting". He warns in the book that the downside to his method is that it is "too easy" and people who use it feel that it would be ok to just have one cigarette because of how easy it was to stop the last time. Don't do this, it is a trap and there will come a point where you will just keep doing it.
ubershredder1989 I have once before about 5 years ago and am doing so again as we speak. The reason it didn't work the first time is that I fell into the same trap I just mentioned to you. After about 5 weeks of being quit, I told myself that it would be ok to just have a couple of cigarettes during a camping trip with friends, and that it was so easy to quit that I could just do it again after the trip was over. I found myself making more and more excuses to myself about why it would be ok to have just one here and there. Before I knew it I was back on a pack a day. Allen Carr's method works -- but you have to be committed to never smoking again. To a smoker, this is a terrifying thought, but he does a good job of removing all the fears and making you excited to be a non-smoker.
Enjoying life without smoking? Hell I can't see how you'd enjoy life with and without smoking when you have no reason to go out and socialize. Whats the point I'm, missing? I might sound sarcastic, but why quit when you have no cause to quit? Does quitting smoking increase sociability or something? I'm sorry if I am sounded sarcastic but I am legitimately curious
Your comment is seven years old, but for what it's worth: Last time I quit I got back my sense of smell. I had a jacket in an air tight suitcase and when I went to pull it out it smelled horrific, I mean terrible. I had been walking around every day smelling like that. Food tasted twice as good and I'm really tall and skinny so gaining weight was great. I don't socialize much either, but my stamina at work was better and by the time I made 90 days I literally looked five years younger. My Dad died and I went back to it, but I'm down to two a day so I'm getting close to stopping again. Hope you can find a reason to as well, I downloaded Carr's book for free and it is really something. Cheers.
I'm a smoker, and I smoke about a pack a day, but really... three packs a day is a serious nicotine addiction. Also, I love your name. "Jesushealing". Hm... ironic, given the condescending tone and judgement towards Robyn.
A pack a day is pretty goddamn serious too. I've maybe smoked that much one or two days in my life. I smoke less than half that and I look about five years older than I really am. Good luck.
Oh hai! Have you thought about - banfan quit smoking genie ( search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got amazing success with it and has quit smoking.';
When I'm lying in my coffin, I don't think my body is going to say, oh I wish I had never smoked all those cigarettes!! I won't give a shit so I will smoke and smoke and then some!! Enjoy life, we're all going to die!!
David Lawrence Yes but your living body at 61 might not be saying the same thing when you are in hospital with advanced lung cancer. One of the classic smoker excuses yours! :P

Rick S Well said.
NO information here. Rant about how I don't smoke. Not helpful
Such a annoying interviewer...seems that she was never a smoker. The way she reacted when Natalie said she used 60 a day.
10 minutes a ciagerette, Robyn? Right...
2 minutes not longer haha
Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got cool success with it.
