- LASAGNA SOUP BAKE
2-1/2 pounds GROUND BEEF, cooked and fat drained
1 teaspoon SALT
1 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
fresh GROUND PEPPER
15 ounce can BEEF BROTH
28 ounce can or (2) 15 ounce cans diced TOMATOES
15 ounce can TOMATO SAUCE
1/4 cup chopped FRESH PARSLEY or 1 tablespoon DRIED PARSLEY
2 teaspoons OREGANO
4 cloves minced GARLIC (1 tablespoon)
1 medium diced YELLOW ONION
2 BAY LEAVES
8 to 16 ounces LASAGNA NOODLES (10 TO 20 NOODLES) broken into pieces
depending on how much pasta you like in your soup
Shredded Mozzarella for topping
Sliced Provolone for topping
Grated Parmesan for topping
Place all the ingredients into a crock pot except for the noodles and cheeses. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. I Spray my crock pot with nonstick cooking spray for easy cleanup. You also could use a plastic bag insert. The last 30 minutes of cooking add your broken lasagna pieces. After 30 minutes and your noodles are tender place the soup in individual baking containers and top with the three cheeses. Place under the broiler on your oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Or simply place the cheeses into the crock pot and serve in bowls. Serve with slices of French bread toasted with Olive oil, parsley flakes and Garlic Powder. Any leftovers can be frozen and enjoyed another time in a flash.

Oh my sweet friend I hate it for you. I would definitely contact UPS and report him. I know we like to believe the best of folks but there’s no reason he should have driven in your yard and if it was an accident he should have left you a note. If he did it to you who else would he do that to?

Its tough losing a pet because they are part of the family, especially when its caused by an accident.. I cried myself crazy when I lost my last cat Tynee.. That was her name.. She lived to be 17 years old and I raised her from a kitten.. I lost my mind when she passed.. So I understand.. Now, for that Lasagna baked soup? I give it 100 stars.. Yummy goodness at its finest.. and the fireplace is very cozy and considered to be a mental stabilizer because it relaxes the mind and soothes the soul.. Keep up the good cooking Chef.. I feel like UPS should be alerted as well. What if this person is starting to make a habit of it. Someone else may later lose their little dog because of that guy. I agree, a note would have been the least he could do. I'm so sorry, Amy, that it happened.

I made this yesterday for Sunday dinner. It is very, very good. I put into 2 12inch casserole dishes. They were hughe, but hubby ate all of his and I was lucky if I ate 1/4 th of mine lol. Going to be heating mine up for lunch today. I will probably have some for a few lunches. Thank you for the great recipe. We love all your recipes.

So sorry to hear about your dog. I would definitely call the UPS people so they will the knowledge of what their drivers are doing out there. Maybe this particular driver has something against dogs, or animals in general. Maybe John should have a talk with this animal killer! Shame on that UPS driver.

Oh how I love a fire in the fireplace. My mom and dad always had a fire all winter, they loved them too. And I had one requirement in my house ever since, it has to have a fireplace. Soup looks good.😋❤️

I have this in my crockpot right now cooking up....I browned drained my hamburger meat i only had 2 lbs on hand so that's what i used then put in my pre heated crockpot and seasoned the meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Onion powder cause i'm not thrilled about onions at all, italian seasoning and minced garlic... then I added in 2 cans of hunts diced tomatoes, 1 15oz can beef broth and 1 1/2 cans of hunts tomato sauce mixed that all up really good and snuck a taste teehee and it was delicious so i def cant wait till this is ready... I also got oven ready lasagna noodles to crush up n put in the last half hour of cooking and then the cheeses I got sargento shredded mozzarella provolone cheese and just kraft parmesan cheese to add on top to melt once in bowls and I did wind up getting that lodge cast iron 8in pan it arrived yesterday and I love it :^) thank you for sharing your recipe I really enjoy your videos and ill let you know how it turns out later on tonight :^) have a blessed day today later

@@amyslouisianakitchen awe thank you and it just got done and my family loved it i even had my 8yr old help me break up the lasagna teehee she loved that part the most but also said it was delicious i even threw in some texas toast in the oven to go with it and since i have some hungry hippos over here once i put the cheeses on top i microwaved it a few seconds to melt it lol they just couldn't wait to come out of oven but that's alright i will def be making this again this really is tasty thank you again and thanks for the reply back :^)

She said the camera footage showed him pulling into the yard. I have a fantastic UPS guy. He would pound this jerk into the dirt.

Perhaps, but she said Lily was squashed into the ground, not just laying on top of it. I'd like to think otherwise but it is what it is.

I made this before listening to the rest of your video and just followed what you had written down. I missed adding another can of tomato sauce and added more seasonings/onion/garlic while I was frying up the hamburger. I didn't have lasagna noodles so improvised with penne pasta. When it was done, I put some in an 8x8 casserole dish and covered with cheeses and broiled till light brown. It was delicious! We enjoyed it! I'm so sorry about your little dog. Sounds like it was intentional to me (by driving through your yard) and I would sure report it. My favorite color is purple. 🙂

Amy I’m so sorry I missed that Miss Lily passed- my son is a UPS driver please call your local hub. Let them know and reference the date they can pull up who the driver was. If nothing else it can be a teaching moment.
