There is one case for buying the ETF: I bought the Fidelity ETF in my Roth 401k. It's a great way to capture appreciation over time tax free. I also own BTC in hard wallets, but the ETFs work great in Fidelity 401k's.

Scary thing is, you type in the wrong address when transferring to cold storage and you lose your btc. That's alot of pressure when you got thousands of dollars of real btc on the line.
Not an issue with wallet software. It won’t send to a misspelled address since the checksum fingerprint at the end of the address won’t match the error.
