Damn it sounded good. You claimed that with a bridged exhaust it isn't "special" anymore, however you designed the thing from scratch, and had it metal 3D printed, which to me and most people is a pretty big damn deal. Seems special to me! Can't wait to see how it does on the dyno.

    Hi Alex
Glad to see you are back on this engine.
Ive been holding back thus far on commenting because I know you have had your heart set on making the 100% port work and I didn't want to put a damper on it, but I have to tell you my friend that the mechanic in me has been a bit skeptical about this working, in particular the piston design and the reasons being pretty much all the ways it has failed so far.
But I feel its time to comment now and say that I think you need to be a bit more systematic with it and try to avoid too much tunnel vision on singular issues like the 100% bridge free port at the expense of halting progress on everything else.
Also keeping in mind the tuners rule of diminishing returns, meaning how much of a real gain is 100% exhaust with and without a bridge in practice. Because if there is little to gain in performance between bridge and no bridge then it might be better to settle on having one suffice to have it reliable enough to run at least long enough to last for Dyno runs, rather than stick with no bridge and be continually frustrated by failures arising from it to the point you give up on it which seems to be what has happened for a while. And now you have one with the bridge an its working well that sense of satisfaction may compel you to just put the 100% no bridge in the past and forge ahead with the rest of it.
Now it is working more reliably you can get to the dyno testing and perhaps you will find some more gains there to offset the small loss a bridge causes.
    Onwards and Upwards...........
