Fantastic teaching!! Really appreciate your attention to viewers' questions; they are asking all my questions, and you are very patiently responding. Thanks you Mr. King.
I love the system of basing this off weight transfers from foot to foot. I did this naturally growing up but got locked into a static “ turn turn “ swing
Roger, I appreciate your content. Finally understand that all the talk by TV commentators of how strong good golfers are made me try to muscle the club by firing hips, legs which only resulted in tension and not allowing the club to work as designed. I realize I have a tendency to spin out of the top of the back swing with my body and leave the club stuck behind me and I compensate with an over the top swing with a "double chicken wings through impact. Any thoughts of how to break that bad habit? Knowing that I shouldn't do it is one thing....stop from doing it is another:)
So where you discuss your hands pulling down that's where you start to draw on the power roger so casting being a throw essentially to get the arms to fire in this position I have to feel I'm pulling down faster this correct , also glad to tell you I've got my hands working correct now regarding the previous days comments and I certainly won't forget it and good news is the distance is coming , not a drive today that was less that 230 metres I'll let you workout the distance in yards but that was my average drive with driver and 3 wood around 215 metres my 3 hybrid 195 metres
Oh I forgot to mention in my comment roger the pulling down motion with no tension so effective dropping down with regards to speeding up swing with speed specifically with hands not pulling like casting .
Been watching Mike Austin very interesting I actually believe I can swing with that pivot not turn body as traditionally then the right hip raise and left hip under with head isn't this some what similar to Jack Nicklaus swing in some ways particularly his younger days it has similar positions ?
Sad, I wasted at least 10yrs, with the body moves the club theory & one piece frozen takeaway BS, the hands do nothing in the swing BS, and make sure to get into lag position at impact, Golf instruction taught the past 20-25 yrs. Almost everything happens on its own, correctly, with Roger King swing. Even now Milo Lines says start the downswing with a squat and full turn into the ball and follow keep turning. Such a difficult complex way, as opposed to the hands make the club head move. (Dustin Johnson only, can do the squat move) Today I watched a 90 yr old play, he cocked his wrists and arms exaggerated on the backswing, and then unwound the cocking on the downswing, nothing else moved. He hit ball solid every time, and straight.

2 finger drill is good .. and watch my basic series I have on here..
Plus feeling swinging a weight on a string video helps
Bingo. That text notification was like a eureka for me
😁👍
Thanks Roger. Where do you feel lag in your swing?
I will make a video discusing this... Thanks for the topic
Easy peasy!!
😃
I found the same problem trying to push off my front foot to start the swing much more natural for me to respond to the swinging of the club
😀

Thanks again that's one more element to my swing that's fluent now and nice loose in hands also

If hands are correct feel your throwing the club underhand to target at the speed you want to throw
@rkswingking okay thanks Roger I'll test it out thanks again

Simple?
My hope that it is
