@@G4mingWithJJFar as I can tell, yes the single spare tire works with any addon. I've got one sitting outside my Black River garage as a fuel truck with the expanded tank and it has a single spare rack. The new big crane also allows this too, as does the 3-slot beds. Idk if adding a minicrane+long bed works though. Or the dual tire rack...
One of the reasons I couldn't wait for Season 10 to be released was your truck reviews! I've heard people complain that the Kenworth 963 is 'slow'. Perhaps, but after exploring Duncan Bay thoroughly, I don't see any part of the region where one would manage to go fast. The terrain is so uneven, the roads and paths so twisting, that even faster trucks are slowed down almost anywhere. This truck is not perfect (there isn't a 100% 'perfect' truck in SnowRunner), but I've been enjoying it a lot so far. As you say, it's very versatile addons-wise, and that for me is a huge bonus. I mean, 3-slot bed PLUS crane PLUS trailer! Keep up the good work, Nathan. Cheers! //Rick
I absolutely agree! The map is still challenging for many many trucks and this one is not exempt. Ya it might have some issues, but a good player can for sure get around it and use it in big ways! Thank you so much for that comment! That was very kind
@nprovince sorry I wasn't disagreeing with you. My comment was regarding the OPs statement of speed on Duncan Bay. I found it one of the fastest maps to get around in fast trucks is all I meant 👍
Honestly, I think the lockups are just because that crane is insanely heavy. It locks up the Mastodon with the max engine upgrade. That thing is a nightmare.
I left a few examples off the video because I didn’t wanna come off as just bashing it, but even making footage for the video; I saw freezes. I even saw it freeze up on black river with the expanded fuel tank only. I mean truly it’s not a big deal; I love the P12 and this is far better
Just like all of your other truck reviews, this one is absolutely stellar. After using this truck extensively I found that it does the best with the MSHII tires along with the high-range gearbox. Wheel lockups occurred less often than any other setup. My favorite aspect of the 963 is the engine sound, as it revs up it just sounds intimidating. Cheers. 🤘😬🤘
Just now starting to learn about your channel man, these are great videos and I gotta say huge respect for shouting out other content creators work in your vids. Great review.
Long frames have both their advantage and disadvantage. Like take Taymir for example, their are plenty of little mud holes that while can get relatively deep, aren't very long. So with a long you are unlikely to get all your wheels in the mud at once (unless your driving up a swamp). Usually your front wheels go in, and by the time your rear axles reach the mud your front axle is already up and out the other side. On the negative side hangups are more of a risk on a long frame. It really depends what kind of driver you are what obstacles you rather deal with. For me the Twin-Steer is a beast of a truck that can go basically anywhere long as you don't roll. But when a buddy of mine played the game, he couldn't make it anywhere with that truck without getting bottomed out.
The one thing not mentioned, it can carry up to 9 SLOTS!!! as it can do 3 slot bed + trailer + small crane, so toss 3 in the bed, 4 on a ramped flatbed trailer and you can dangle a 2 slot cargo off the crane without even getting too creative. The super creative cargo stackers could probably get a lot more than 9 slots on this truck.
This truck is just objectively better than the Paystar 5600. It is arguably the best truck overall when accounting for utility, due to its insane overload potential that is combined with its offroad capabilites, stability and fuel capacity. The only other truck that has this great of a load potential is the Paystar 5600, but in every other area, it is objectively worse. None of the russian trucks have a crane with 3 slot bed and even if they did, it wouldnt matter as the russian crane sucks. In just getting around or pulling high saddle, yeah it might not be the best, the ZikZ trucks take the cake in those areas and the high saddle group of trucks has lots of great options anyways. Still, if you dont need to go uphill, this truck will do well in mud due it having good tires and a strong engine coupled with it being very heavy. Really good video btw, I think you are rather underrated because you were really through with the data here which I really appreciate. I knew about the torque value but the rest were all new to me.
It’s definitely a sure shot on the S tier list. I’m actually a fan of the P12 so it’s not a big deal to handle power issues at times. I’ve been really impressed with how well the 963 handles some areas. Thank for that detailed comment. There are some really great points in here and I appreciate your insight. Also thank you for those kind words. I do try to be detailed. I toned it down a little on these because I feel at this point as players we understand these trucks a lot better now in year 3
@@NProvince Huh, a P12 fan, first I have seen. Why do you like it? Its the perfect recipe of a terrible truck imo: Its heavy, ugly, weak, slow, unstable and lacks worthwhile addons. Such a massive truck cannot do more than a much smaller and faster truck. It is cucked with a 210k torque engine (like the P16). How could they have done this to such a legendary truck brand? P12 really should have the exact same addons as the Kenworth with 61"-63" pacific tires along with a P12 and P16 exclusive 300k Torque engine. The P16 would really shake up the high saddle meta with it being the strongest but lacking AWD.
Overload "potential" doesent count, cuz overloading is only for those who are just ridiculous in playing this game, ive witnessed people transport 20 metal beams and it is just ridiculous honestly, overloading is for tryhards if you ask me
Definitely needs a small touch more power, maybe 8-10k, but other than that, it's been a good truck indeed. It's been a fantastic logging truck. I may actually take the place of a lightly modded 5600TS that's been my dedicated logging truck. Only time will tell through the maps. Another reason I think it should indeed have a bit more power is simply because it's irl counterpart is capable of such massive hauls...and this one is lacking power on mildly heavy loads. Doesn't make much sense. Personally, I'd greatly sacrifice most the addons for bit more power to be a dedicated heavy haul rig. I'd go as far to say just leave the big cranes, fuel tanks, log cradles and high saddle in exchange for 10-15k more torque. It'd live up to its legend... Btw, when you do your M917 review, can go into a touch more detail about the best tire? It really feels like it's factory tires do the best, but I don't think they have any special coding or are heavy set. I'm just curious.
It could use more power for sure. I would’ve opted more power and less addons, but I can play with it pretty well in it current state as I’m sure everyone else does too. For the M917, ya I can go into some detail with codings and such, but truly you’re not off. They actually are pretty darn good. I’ll see what I can do for ya Bubba!
So far, the Quid Pro Quo mission is all I've done in the British Columbia region on SnowRunner just to get the Kenworth 963. I got it, and I really love this truck! This is one of the best North American trucks in SnowRunner! I am currently using the Kenworth 963 in Ontario for helping fight fires and restore the infrastructure there before I do more of the British Columbia region. After I get most of British Columbia completed, I will be going back to Amur to see if it can help me get further than I've gotten in the Amur region. I honestly haven't even made it halfway through Amur because of the snowy, icy, and rocky roads in that region where most trucks seem to get stuck. After finally unlocking the ZikZ 605-R, I have pretty much procrastinated doing the rest of Amur.
I might be a bit late to the party, but this truck has become one of my top3 vehicles, simply because I've been able to take this monster through some trails beyond belief. Snug squeezes between trees where it didn't care at all, perhaps because of the size of its tires and how it's somehow able to always gain some spot to bite on. I've yet to see it fail, unless done almost deliberately.
Hi Nathan! I love the new truck, stable, reliable, enough power. The most on it is positiv and it is useful... a joy of Snowrunner! Cu! Keep snowrunnering!

This truck has to be one of my favourite in the game, the noise and versatility on its own has seen me complete most tasks in British Columbia haven’t even used the Mack yet
@@americancapitalist9094 uh-huh. also, pay attention to the lay of the road - if it starts to slant right, i steer left to counter it and vice versa. with a truck like that, it's important to pay attention to the road.
As long as it doesn't have to go up steep hills the Kenny is a beast. One of the few trucks capable of going through the swamp and super snow in northern Urska at decent pace. It also replaced my preferred long distance heavy haul combination of Kolob 74760 + super heavy trailer with loading crane + 3 slot + ramped flatbed (overloading can carry way more than just 8 slots).
It’s not too bad going up hills in most cases. I would say in most moderate grades you’ll be ok. I left out some of the spots it surprised me. Overall I really like it
It's Nathan review time. 😉 This truck literally replaced my Paystar. I used that truck for overloading cargo. When you're too lazy to deal with trailers. I was disappointed with the lack if power on hills when you equip the new heavy crane. Literally frozen wouldn't move a inch up hills.
Ya the power can be an issue at times, but then at some points its shows up in weird ways. Overall I do really think its good. Imho i would rather had more power and less addons though. I think thats a fair trade
I have had a chance to work around one of these trucks for a short time and I can safely say that this truck has been heavily nerfed from reality save for being a fair bit faster then what most drivers would run it off road. The amount of floating this thing does on soft ground is no joke. I think with only a tweak of the engine torque you can bring the truck closer to its real life counterpart but as so far my understanding of traction in Snowrunner goes nothing can be done about the traction as trucks that rely on floating over soft ground don't do as well as they would in real life.
Man it’s so wild to read this from someone who’s actually seen this thing in action. I don’t even know how they would be able to fix it to mimic its real life ability. I’m actually really glad that you commented that info. Thank you so much
@@NProvince Something that I think is a flaw with Snowrunner is that it doesn't have a way simulating gearing very well as any torque you put on the ground is a direct function of the engine. The transmission only really seems to care about wheel speed so it doesn't matter much if you have 3 gears or 10 your on the ground torque is limited by the engine.
I got total wheel lock when pulling 2x medium logs on truck + hitch trailer up a step hill despite using the strongest engine. This seems expected. I finished the mission with the 605r and it pulled the same load up that hill like it was a load of chickens.
I would say use its custom tires to aid in this. Also keep in mind that this truck is very heavy, but like I’ve said all along; I’d take a good powerful truck over one that has plenty of addons. I believe the devs gave this so many addons that they could not make it pull cargo up any slope or this would power creep every single truck in the game. Things why I’m more for Heavy trucks having great capabilities, but low addons
Dont know if the custom AT tires have a hidden bonus on ice roads but this truck is really nice for the amur region or it could be because its very heavy like the p12
I don’t think they have a hidden bonus, I think it’s weight and the lack of grip on those tires actually help it to not freeze up its axles as much as using a MSH option. I always use the customs
I sure do hope they add more snow maps or at least season four , this game could use more wacky trucks. Gear tech HD shows some crazy trucks on his channel. Ex: Tweekopige monster and the Schnibbelmobil.
So far in my play through of the new season I have finally got it stuck. Im pulling the contruction trailer for Drilling Station Accident and it just wont climb this hill. Not sure if it is because i have the msh3’s on or if it just needs a tad bit more power. But overall this truck has passed my expectations for it being such a heavy beast. I will definitely be getting a second one to be a back up unit.
@@vladvulcan it is tricky. But the grade I was getting stuck at was very mild. I also got stuck like that on other maps with a fuel tank addon as well. This hill on the video was actually the easier side.
@@NProvince your forgot the main one, which is being modified in the first place. Look for FuelConsumption value. Or, don't, I'd reveal it to you for free: 12.0

I want to see this truck beside the p12 for a size comparison. It does remind me a lot of the p12 just more versatile. I can't play with it though. I don't have any of the years passes or seasons. Planning to get them before I go to college. Maybe the devs will give the kenny and the pacific trucks more power.
Its very similar to the P12, but its gonna be more capable essentially. I still love the P12 so this trucks issues dont really bother me much because I love to make it work. Perhaps the devs will upgrade it and the Pacifics. One can hope
I've been so disappointed by this truck. Maybe my expectations of it were too high, but I was really excited to finally unlock it and be able to use it because these things are insanely capable and powerful IRL. I took it back with me to the Yukon and tried pulling the big coiled tubing semi-trailer with it....and it froze up on the hill at the bottom-right corner of the map, right after the mud puddle but before the warehouse. I had the top-level engine and all other upgrades. It just locked up and couldn't pull the trailer any further. The snub-nose Kolob did the job easily. So did my Voron D. So did the freakin WWS. I think the devs did this one dirty, just like they did with the Tatras. It needs more power. Excellent review, though.
I feel they shoulda dropped alot of its addons and just made it a focused heavy hauler similar to other OG heavy trucks. I think the addon capability forced the devs to balance it and the balancing point was power. Realistically alot of trucks would never pull cargo up grades like they are in game.
for me its biggets upside is carrying the 3 slot crane while being undrownable. apart from that the lack of power and speed makes it very dissapointing; im currently wasting time with it when i should just get the tayga king and bandit and finish the dang fetch quest. if the ken said Azov on the nose no doubt Saber would have it cruising through bogs at 50 kmh
Apparently that heavy crane is something like 53 tons by itself, which explains why the Kenworth feels underpowered with such a heavy add on. It’s fine with just freight in the 3 slot and towing most high saddle and Dolly axle trailers.
There is just one thing about this... I find it very weird with "Power". It can't high gear even the slightest uphill, yet it pulls anything, everything and your mother. It feels very slughish, yet dependable, but it has a really really weird power curve on its gearbox.
The power on this truck doesnt make sense to me, its almost as if weight on the frame, causes the frame to collide with the ground as if it were under the surface, and seeing that collision box someone makes sense, i was so confused to not be able to make it up a slight hill with the larger crane without AWD and no matter the gear the tires just seemed to twitch
I am very sad that they made the p12 even worse, now he is just a meme truck that don't even have a 2 slots bed while having the 3° longest frame. He needs more love from saber
I search on maprunner and now its The heavyest truck of all, with 29, 010 tones! Kolob have 28...so thats why it laks Power, just like derry special, even with The moust powerfull engine, still struggle, 🎉 Edit = after i recheck info i correct The weight of trucks P12 is allmoust 10 tons lighter than kenworth, so ratio Power / weight is not same But i disagree your final notes, as Power & Fuel consumption = in numbers is superior to many trucks, but in terrain, pulling same cargo like long logs, or concrete slab you Will see The differences, and Fuel consumption... Well if it struggle how can have 5 at Fuel consumption? Ok, is medium to low... Anyway... I like your stuff, keep going 🎉
This truck needs way more power/torque. Luckily there's a mod for that, but without it, I found it disappointing. For example it struggles terribly with 2x medium logs. It can never stay in High gear when you need it. You're stuck in Low or 1st gear so much of the time, it's just frustrating, and there are plenty trucks that handle the same situation better. With the right mod it's great though, looks and sounds cool and nice add-on options.
It does feel that it needs a bump. Sometimes it feels sufficient and others not so much and it’s in those times when you need it to shine it just can’t. However, that aside, it’s a really strong truck which is objectively one of the best in the game. With a power bump from a mod would be cool. I just don’t play with mods to be honest for my own challenge I guess. Here’s the thing, if they gave it more torque where it never struggled, then no other truck in the game would be comparable and this would have no balance or weaknesses like others do. It would essentially be the 1 truck to rule them all with an iron fist
@@NProvince Yes, you're right about the (gameplay) balance issue compared with other trucks. And yes, that's probably why they didn't give it more power. But they went too far. And it does have some weaknesses, even with more power/torque: slow acceleration and slow top speed. Both of which are fine for this type of truck. They should've taken away the High Saddle! That would've clearly put this Heavy in a category of it's own, and made sure there was still plenty of reason for the other Heavy trucks. More add-on options, but no saddle. But it's too late for that, they're not gonna make a change like that after it's already released.
Needs more power! Fix that collision model too! The Mack is in worse shape. I hate how they shrunk the tires from the original beta size. From what I see, my guess is how close the rear axles are caused clipping, so instead of actually fixing the model, they shrunk the tires.
I've seen videos of this pulling cargo and a trailer up the skii slope, but then I wonder why it cannot climb less grade hills with large addons. Its just very odd. And of course the collison is an issue
The Voron, with the highbar bumper, winch VERY close. Like the distance of a trailer close. This way when you stop short it will barely do damage. Another trick, make sure you shut the Voron off, and take the emergency brake off before you switch over. Sometimes if you jump out with it running, the brake will stick on. You don't need to start the motor of the Voron unless you get in rough stuff, because it literally feels as light as a trailer. It's all due to the winch point on the axle if you ask me. I haven't seen any other truck with that winch point. @@NProvince
@@NProvince Oh and also I use the dually tires, not the mud tires (when using it for this purpose). Duallys are wider, stiffer, better balance under load. Try it. I get long trains going. I've towed it with another truck with a semi 5 slot. I sometimes go a 2 slot flatbed, and a 2 slot flatbed trailer, winching the voron with it's 5 slot. Pull more stuff! 😂 For common easy use though. it feels great with something like a 963, medium logs, a medium log trailer, a voron 4380, with a medium log attachment, pulling a medium log trailer LOL
I don’t think it’s the gearing. It’s that the vehicle is very heavy and tire options folks use are just too grippy. I’ve made a few videos about gearboxes, and also how to make low power to weight vehicles useful in a pulling setting. This one touches this subject matter, but the 2nd video is gonna show how you can make the Kenny manageable. Lastly I think folks just have some unrealistic expectations, but expect the game to be realistic in other areas. I hope these two videos can kinda give you some more info to help use the Kenny 1st:ua-cam.com/video/YtzNohPtpTc/v-deo.htmlsi=q44h1kTOZP7zF2SY 2nd: ua-cam.com/video/qgGUehnFuKM/v-deo.htmlsi=-oAy4g77e9414M-H

I use almost every single truck in this game just for the sake of variety and fun, because it really becames a chore to only drive tygas, azovs and vorons over and over again. And for every new player I always recomend to try and to learn how to drive them all.
It’s really not designed to climb due to how big it is. Saber valued addons over raw performance. I disagree with that approach, but this video along with setting your frame rate to 60 will help ua-cam.com/video/qgGUehnFuKM/v-deo.htmlsi=zP8BCgA5HnBTif9t

Have to disagree, I used a Voron AE for most of Duncan bay and it’s crazy fast though most of the map.
@@khimaros Many trucks not including the S tier trucks like the AE mentioned or alot of russian trucks of course. "alot of trucks" doesnt mean all.
@nprovince sorry I wasn't disagreeing with you. My comment was regarding the OPs statement of speed on Duncan Bay. I found it one of the fastest maps to get around in fast trucks is all I meant 👍
The KenWorth is easily the best US logging truck. The ability to have a log crane with every log type is wonderful.
It definitely puts alot of good logging trucks out of the job
Honestly, I think the lockups are just because that crane is insanely heavy. It locks up the Mastodon with the max engine upgrade. That thing is a nightmare.
Its not just that addon. It happens with cargo as well.
@@NProvince I'll have to check it out myself, but that new crane is kinda nuts.
Cheers.
🤘😬🤘
Thank you!
Commenting for the algorithm, love your stuff man
Thank you Connor!
Just now starting to learn about your channel man, these are great videos and I gotta say huge respect for shouting out other content creators work in your vids. Great review.
I appreciate that!
For a good player this is able to be mitigated for sure
The one thing not mentioned, it can carry up to 9 SLOTS!!! as it can do 3 slot bed + trailer + small crane, so toss 3 in the bed, 4 on a ramped flatbed trailer and you can dangle a 2 slot cargo off the crane without even getting too creative. The super creative cargo stackers could probably get a lot more than 9 slots on this truck.
Yesss, always love a review, I love the shorter style to just get the lowdown on what the truck is
I appreciate that! Definitely gonna be shortening them up as we continue.
Its the perfect recipe of a terrible truck imo:
Its heavy, ugly, weak, slow, unstable and lacks worthwhile addons.
Overload "potential" doesent count, cuz overloading is only for those who are just ridiculous in playing this game, ive witnessed people transport 20 metal beams and it is just ridiculous honestly, overloading is for tryhards if you ask me
Yooo!!! I commented about this review!!! So happy to see it out. Cant wait to drive this rumbling beast when I have some time off.
@@NProvince Yeah, it's definitely not bad indeed.
Awesome thank you man.
be grateful, at least they didn't give it all p12's engines.
I prefer the 71 Kenny tires. So far, I had really good luck, even on ice fully loaded.
71s do look appealing as well
I think this is a pretty good example that more weight is not ALWAYS good...but yea this truck is pretty good and the review. Is great as always!!!
Thank you!
Great vid Nate!!! Now on to the Mack review.
Hope you enjoy it!
Very nice truck for sure!! Stay Upright!
Thank you for your dedication to Snowrunner and all these great videos! So I’m over 100 hours into the game already. I’ve 90% Michigan and Alaska, and I’ve opened up the first two maps in Russia and did some missions and got upgrades and stuff. But I think I’m going to go rage season 10 and unlock these new trucks and enjoy BC.
You're Welcome! I glad to see you have been enjoying the channel. I hope you also like season 10. The Base game maps are legit though so cherish those
This truck has to be one of my favourite in the game, the noise and versatility on its own has seen me complete most tasks in British Columbia haven’t even used the Mack yet

no way. Kolab is still the king with the Twinstar not far behind. i do like the Kenworth, though.
Once I figured out what type of loads to avoid tipping in the TwinSteer, it became one of my favorite trucks.
Overall I really like it
@@NProvince One such surprise is how much grip MSH II have on ice roads.
I went up all but the steepest iced hills in Yukon and Amur without issues.
Love your reviews.
Thank you!
hello at 7:44 the atterfall on what map is that ?
Thats is Black RIver, Michigan
It's Nathan review time. 😉 This truck literally replaced my Paystar. I used that truck for overloading cargo. When you're too lazy to deal with trailers. I was disappointed with the lack if power on hills when you equip the new heavy crane. Literally frozen wouldn't move a inch up hills.
Ya the power can be an issue at times, but then at some points its shows up in weird ways. Overall I do really think its good. Imho i would rather had more power and less addons though. I think thats a fair trade
Got to say it's a cool Kenworth truck🚛⛽🚚🛻⛴️.
Check this video out. This is how gearboxes in game affect this. Increasing Vehicle Torque In LOW GEAR!
ua-cam.com/video/e87WU1Wt8lo/v-deo.html
This made me come back to the game. finally more strong US Trucks.
Glad you're back! Good trucks for sure
I kinda do too. I would bet that the last two maps on year 3 are gonna be snow. I will have to check out his channel and see some of those trucks
Thatys awesome! Glad you are having success with it!
The hill is tricky. My Kolob also struggled there, every truck does.
@@vladvulcan it is tricky. But the grade I was getting stuck at was very mild. I also got stuck like that on other maps with a fuel tank addon as well. This hill on the video was actually the easier side.
@@NProvince I noticed it struggles less with the stock tires. Perhaps size matters, perhaps... idk, too much grip is an issue?
@@vladvulcan could be less grip allows it to spin a lil more and still have forward movement then gain momentum. That’s a good point
The MOST truck. Period.

Reckon it’s good to use as a rescue and supply truck just due to its large tank?
I think it can support almost anything you wanna use it for. I wouldnt be afraid of the power issues, just something to note
Can I use this truck on any map ? Sorry for the dumb question but I’ve always used mods and never paid for a truck.
Yea you can use it on any map

Thank you for that subscription
I want to see this truck beside the p12 for a size comparison. It does remind me a lot of the p12 just more versatile. I can't play with it though. I don't have any of the years passes or seasons. Planning to get them before I go to college. Maybe the devs will give the kenny and the pacific trucks more power.
Its very similar to the P12, but its gonna be more capable essentially. I still love the P12 so this trucks issues dont really bother me much because I love to make it work. Perhaps the devs will upgrade it and the Pacifics. One can hope
P12 needs more love
Realistically alot of trucks would never pull cargo up grades like they are in game.
need to fix the torque issues need better collision model and 71 inch mud tires
Originally had all 71s and I agree for sure
Got to say I have been seeing performance enhance with high range gearbox. Albeit at the expense of fuel
If you can ramp it up to its high gear, i could see that for sure. Probably is a wild ride too
for me its biggets upside is carrying the 3 slot crane while being undrownable. apart from that the lack of power and speed makes it very dissapointing; im currently wasting time with it when i should just get the tayga king and bandit and finish the dang fetch quest. if the ken said Azov on the nose no doubt Saber would have it cruising through bogs at 50 kmh
3 Slot with a crane is pretty huge to have for sure
Apparently that heavy crane is something like 53 tons by itself, which explains why the Kenworth feels underpowered with such a heavy add on. It’s fine with just freight in the 3 slot and towing most high saddle and Dolly axle trailers.
This was replicated with other addons and other cargo types as well.
That super heavy crane even stresses the 73210 a ton
@@mrvwbug4423 yeah but that’s a really good power to weight truck to begin with whereas the Kenworth isn’t
The gossips went wild on this one... First I heard it's 14 tons, then 26, 30 and now 53? wtf, it doesn't look that heavy. I believe in 14 tons.
@@mrvwbug4423no, the Azov 7 strolls fine with it.
If we could get these wide super heavy tires on the P12 and a more powerful engine that truck would be much nicer
Indeed it would be very nice
There is just one thing about this... I find it very weird with "Power". It can't high gear even the slightest uphill, yet it pulls anything, everything and your mother. It feels very slughish, yet dependable, but it has a really really weird power curve on its gearbox.
P12 2.0
Essentially:)
P12 was easily the most disappointing vehicle I'd ever driven.
@@justinstrong9595 but thats what makes me love it somehow
The power on this truck doesnt make sense to me, its almost as if weight on the frame, causes the frame to collide with the ground as if it were under the surface, and seeing that collision box someone makes sense, i was so confused to not be able to make it up a slight hill with the larger crane without AWD and no matter the gear the tires just seemed to twitch
Ya its essentially the hitbox being an obstruction or its Power to Weight. Its very similar to the P12
I am very sad that they made the p12 even worse, now he is just a meme truck that don't even have a 2 slots bed while having the 3° longest frame. He needs more love from saber
Hoping they upgrade the P12 sometime
Definitely
Can it be modded?
Of that I’m not sure. My guess is probably
@@NProvince it can i did upped top engine torque by 5k and its monster now
Hey bro it’s jay been so long sorry stopped watching got really into fishing for a while 😅
Good to hear! Fishing is awesome man! So relaxing
Only thing i really dislike with the new trucks are the crappy color options 😂
I agree. I could say that for a lot of trucks in the game currently
I search on maprunner and now its The heavyest truck of all, with 29, 010 tones! Kolob have 28...so thats why it laks Power, just like derry special, even with The moust powerfull engine, still struggle, 🎉
Edit = after i recheck info i correct The weight of trucks
P12 is allmoust 10 tons lighter than kenworth, so ratio Power / weight is not same
But i disagree your final notes, as Power & Fuel consumption = in numbers is superior to many trucks, but in terrain, pulling same cargo like long logs, or concrete slab you Will see The differences, and Fuel consumption... Well if it struggle how can have 5 at Fuel consumption? Ok, is medium to low... Anyway...
I like your stuff, keep going 🎉
Indeed. It is. I convert that to US tons which is why my numbers are slightly different
Meh. I'm happy with it. Gives me the 3 slot bed trailer combo I wanted. Don't know why p12 doesn't have it
Would be a nice upgrade for the P12
Aramatsu forester is definitely loses job. Season 10 is great
If definitely might get put on the back burner with the Kenworth in the picture
those huge tires look awesome but are barley any better than stock ones
True, I honestly wish the stock tires were better
3 times better in mud, actually
I see 963 kenworth on a heavy haul truck saw
For common easy use though. it feels great with something like a 963, medium logs, a medium log trailer, a voron 4380, with a medium log attachment, pulling a medium log trailer LOL
mastodon and kenny (this one) are the only trucks that are too powerless compared to their size
Mastodon has improved in recent updates actually
@nprovince yea but wheels still locking up on hills
There is something seriously wrong with this truck, I think it's the gear ratios, it just doesn't accelerate given the insane engine it has.
I hope these two videos can kinda give you some more info to help use the Kenny

I use almost every single truck in this game just for the sake of variety and fun, because it really becames a chore to only drive tygas, azovs and vorons over and over again. And for every new player I always recomend to try and to learn how to drive them all.
Variety is always good :)
I have to force myself to not use this truck for every mission.
Painfully underpowered even in Low gears.
Unfortunately it feels that way
Oh its versatile alright, until you have to go up the slightest of inclines with any cargo what so ever, that engine is pathetic at best
