    I love your vids. I have a spinal fusion ( Titanium rods) L3 & L4 from a car accident . I move in these movements as much as I can.

    Are we tucking in the tail bone while tucking in the chin and going upward while the tailbone stays tucked or rooted and we move up from the root ?
