@@pradnyachavan700 I have seen all her videos and I m not losing weight since last 2 months, and I daily do excercise for 45 min and I am also not eating any oily or junk from outside or not eating the oily food of home also and totally cut the sugar from my diet
@@chitrakshrao6874hey! You can try walking more ,atleast 10 k steps, that's what works for me, combine it with intermittent fasting and you'll see results faster, also don't forget to include more protein in your diet and 3 times resistance training in a week if possible.

Can you make more videos about teenagers diet and I have question for you is it necessary to teenagers go for calories deficit or they can do normal diet without calories deficit? Plz answer love you keep going 🤍
Depends on your current weight, your goal .
If you are overweight or obese then you have to be in a calorie deficit regardless of your age.
If your goal is to be fit and maintain then you can continue your regular diet just make sure you are having a good balance of macro nutrients.

@@NA27x your ideal weight should be 55 to 60 kgs. Your daily calorie consumption should be 1500 to 1800 calories.... Do HIIT workouts 2 times a week... And strength training atleast 3 times a week.

In place of olive oil which oil can be used
Can garlic is replaced by ginger
No no don't add Ginger it will totally change taste.

To check if avocado is good we have to remove the over cap of it if indide is green its good but if inside is brown it's bad

In early 2000’s in IKEA, I found glass mills in Kitchen market place.
I purchased in multiple of 3. I took those as gifts to many families, to India during each visits for many years.
Why 3
1. Roasted Cumin
2. Rock Salt (Himalayan)
3. Black Pepper
The roasted cumin when milled gives one most fresh flavor of “bhuna jeera”, every time.

The correct way of cutting Avocado is not to scoop with a spoon, but
- Run the knife in a plane lengthwise, to cut two half.
- Hold 2 halves with each hand & rotate hands in opposite directions.
- You get 2 pieces, one with seed & other seedless
- The one with the seed, thrash the knife blade side in the middle of the seed to grip it, rotate the knife, holding the bottom of the piece
The seed will separate, from avocado. Discard seed in compost collection.
- (I notch parallel radial cuts every 1 cm along the length without, cutting the skin, on each half piece - I do this extra step)
- Cut 2 halves in middle lengthwise to get the 4 quarters.
- Hold the skin edges of a quarter, with skin showing upward, and start pulling towards each other, the avocado meat radially cut pieces
will start separating from the skin, till pulling is complete.
- The idea is this natural separation of skin & fruit keeps the nutrition layer on th extremities of fruit stays intact for the user, while scooping
Looses the nutrition on the skin itself which goes to compost instead.
