    इस video में हम आपको बनाना सिखाएंगे, 5 बहुत ही tasty Satvic desserts जो आप किसी भी त्यौहार या ख़ुशी के मौके पर अपने घर पर आसानी से बना सकते है।
    सबसे पहले बनाएगे केसर और पिस्ता के flavours से भरी Satvic Rabri. ये Satvic rabri दुनिया की सबसे special rabri है।
    उसके बाद, सिर्फ 3 ingredients से बन जाने वाले Coco लड्डू - जो gifting के लिए है एक perfect option! कोई त्यौहार हो या किसी का birthday, इन्हे आप अपने हाथ से प्यार से बनाकर अपने परिवार को gift कर सकते है।
    फिर हम बनाएंगे, pineapple cheesecake - ये वो cheesecake है जो हम सभी birthday celebrations के लिए बनाते है।

    In this video, we'll show you how to prepare 5 delicious Satvic desserts, which you can prepare at home on any celebratory occasion.
    First, we'll make a Satvic rabdi filled with kesar and pista flavours. After that, Coco ladoos that you can make with just 3 ingredients, which are a perfect option for gifting.
    Then we'll prepare a pineapple cheesecake. This is one cheesecake that we make to celebrate everyone's birthday. Then we'll make a smooth & crunchy chocolate mousse for all chocolate lovers.
    And finally, a cold & super creamy Kesar Malai Kulfi you can prepare quickly.

    I think you can easily include modak in satvic sweets list without making any major changes. It just requires grated coconut(which you use for making coconut milk), jaggery, cardamom, nutmeg powder and rice flour. Thanks for these recipes. ❤

    I tried the chocolate mousse. My son doesn't eat sweet potato and having known about its health benefits, i was always concerned. But today he just loved the chocolate mousse. My heartfelt thanks to you❤

    Thank you so much for this wonderful dessert videos. I am slowly changing towards Satvic lifestyle. These meals and desserts are really helpful to have varieties. I have started with 16 hours fasting and am already feeling good. It was nice to see the boy in your presentation today. He looks so much better. Keep up the great work all of you.

      Milk can b made from peanuts, badam, coconut, soyabean, cashews or even chickpeas. There is too much cruelty in dairy industry so better option is to turn vegan

      I would say instead of maida use atta
      Instead of sugar use mishry powder
      Instead of Coco powder use cacoa powder
      Instead of oil, butter use cold pressed oil

      Veggies are not costly..and you don't have to follow what she recommends...just eat seasonal fruits. .and better yet grow your own.. get yourself organic fruits and veggies .... That's what permaculture is about...vegan foods are literally the cheapest food in the world..even in usa

      I've been places...including suburbs and rural areas..aur maine dekha hai ki kaise wo bhi artificially impregnate karte hain aur uske bachon ko bech deta hai ...acha to tumlog bachon ka kya karte ho?? Mat bolna wo fields mein kam ate hain ...cuz chote se chote Gau mein bhi ab use ni hota ...plus pata hai kitte sare bache paida hote hain..

    I have started using Coconut milk instead of dairy milk for all smoothies and milk shakes. It tastes good. I just love the Pineapple Cheese cake recipe and will definitely going to try it.

      But then what about calcioum.......we can't get calcium through coconut milk ...it all strategy to divert people away from milk there is no harm in drinking milk ...our ancestors have done it for so many years and what is holding us back .....

    Nice idea to replace milk with sweet potato but fridge is not good for our health as it discharge gases like chloride, fluoride which affects our health. Your all preparations are very good. Dhanyawad 🙏

      Nope....in south India poor people also have mostly satvic like foods only...South indian veg meals consists of only satvic version except ghee....you can make mostly idly dosa sundal dhal keer spinach rasam poriyals etc....for sweets we have modish named kolukattai in tamil and paruppu payasam made of dhal and jaggery and potukalai ladoo sesame ladoo karupati jangri etc

    Just made the pineapple cheesecake today. Came out superb! Our guests loved it as well and polished it off! I add some coconut milk for a piñacolada like flavor. It was yum 😋 If I had tender coconut malai in hand I would’ve preferred to use it.

      @@saumyasingh836 Ma'am esa kuch nhi hai. Subah ji 5-7 saal se oil free hain aur unhe koi brain problem nhi hui. NLS (Natural Lifestyle - joh ki subah ji ke guru ki organization hai) ke founder Acharya Mohan gupta ji 20-25 saal se oil free hain unhe bhi koi brain issues nhi hui. NLS mai toh kaafi members kaafi ood age ke hain 70+ jinhone 30-35 saal se nhi khaaya oil aur voh bahut zyada fir hain. Good fays consume krna chahiye. Voh coconut aur nuts and seeds se mil jaate hain.

      You can try coconut oil. It tastes similar to ghee. I have tried for shira. :)

      Modak is vegan only. No animal product is used while preparing it. Puranpoli too if u r not eating with milk.

    Loved it, never thought sweet potato can do magic. If possible gulab jamun and kheer ki recipie share karna jo without anaaj ho. Also ek question, satvik lifestyle me milk kyu nahi hota, jabki krishna bhagwan maakhan khaate the aur milk toh chota bacha pehle peeta hai jeewan me aate hi? Toh dudh kyu nhi?

      Your point right but now cow condition is not good, they injected by growth hormones ,they treat the cow not like Krishna. Now people treat cow like a milk producing machine and when it not work ,they killed use meat. So that is reason .

      I dont know about the channel's opinion. But my personal opinion is 'you can drink milk as long as it is not induced with chemicals. You can get milk from your neighborhood uncle/aunty who has their own cows. What happens in bigger milk production factories is that, the cows are given hormonal injections to make them huge, increase milk-producing capacity, etc., If we drink that milk, our hormones will also fluctuate. This is one of the major causes of girls getting PCOD or getting periods at a very early age. Again this is my opinion only

    Tried pineapple cheesecake. First of all had to add water to cashew pineapple paste to get it blended properly inspite of the lemon juice. Also it didn’t look yellow as in the recipe. Mine was more of the cashew color with hardly a hint of yellow. Also my base wasn’t as sticky. But no worries. Taste wise it was all good so no complaints. Thanks

    One problem with these satvik dishes is use of cashew nuts which if consumed a lot causes high oxalate content in body which can lead to kidney damage . Otherwise kudus for all the dishes made by the team and the approach undertaken.

I have been taking ashgourd juice everyday now, I would like to know is it okay to have it with coriander seeds instead of leaves to cure thyroid if yes please can tell the quantity as per day consumption

    I always have this doubt .. what about oats milk , u have never mentioned about it as plant based milk.. if someone can explain why is it not included... Is it good or bad.. I want to move from vegetarian to vegan.. please help with your suggestions

      Oat mylk is vegan but is not satvic because oats is highly processed food and also oats are grains and any grain mylk like oat mylk or rice mylk is not a satvic food [ its not water rich and also as they have mentioned it a lot of times that grains are heavy to digest and we should not consume grains more than one time a day (that too only one grain at a time) as we all follow a sedentary lifestyle]

      @@priyap1149 Yes almond mylk and cashew mylk are heavy to digest and that's why they recommend us not to have them during the healing stage. Having them once or twice a week is okay after you are completely cured of all the diseases. Coconut mylk is superior to almond and cashew mylk as it is easier to digest and cost effective too. You just have to make sure that you dont heat coconut mylk directly over flame. If the recipe requires cooking of the plant mylk then only you should go for almond or cashew mylk. You can make curd from peanut mylk to make raita or kadhi. It totally depends on the recipe for which you neend a dairy substitute. Just make sure you dont gp for grain based plant mylk like oat or rice or soy.

      @@khushi.goyal005 thanks again for the tips Khushi.. I am outside India and it's difficult and expensive to make coconut milk at home... coconut milk we get in tin, which is not healthy.. so struggling to solve it in healthy and cost efficient way..

      I went vegan 4 years ago, There is no harm in making oat milk, cashew milk, almond milk, soy milk at home. If you are worried about processing and all, do try making at home. I regularly make vegan chai at home with cashew milk, i also make icecream with cashew and coconut milk, tastes yum.

      sirf 30 min ke liye rakhne ke liye bola hai . 30 min se adhik rakhenge to baraf hi ban jaega .
