Never really given much thought to dioramas until I watched this video. Andy, you are one talented fella and I feel inspired to give it a go. One superb video in a whole range of assorted builds. Keep up the work, you're number 1 on my list for armour builds.
Another excellent diorama.
What a life in this hobby. Good for you Andy. Your videos are priceless to us & your shop looks awesome. Thanks.
One of the most beautiful military dioramas I have ever seen! BRAVO!
Thanks for sharing great Diorama video.
+Deron Shank Thank you
Enjoy your videos,Andy. Let me share a thing I've used for decades with you. Myself, I've always used Celuclay for my ground cover. That's a paper mache product which you mix with water (and white glue). It same as what your using. I get the cheapest acyralic paints I can find at my local Walmart. By doing this, you can make any color earth you need, from the yellow of Mother Russia to the red earth of Poland and France. Even better is that you can use the liquid and finest particulate to "muddy" your vehicles and troopers boots ! But for you, you get a pre-colored ground in one step. With what I use just let what's left dry out in the mixing bowl. Use one with a cover because you can just add more water and reuse it !. I yes Woodland's grasses and plants and just sprinkle it on then tap it in. Once it's all good and dry tap off any loose and your done !
твои работы просто великолепны! Особенно эта диорама. Смотрю ваши видео и удивляюсь, как можно из двух моделей танков, еще некоторых материалов, а главное воображения, сделать такой шедевр...!

Very nice step by step on building this Diorama. I need to visit your shop next time I'm in the Phoenix area. Cheers from Tucson.
+Scale Model Kit Review Thanks, I look forward to seeing you soon.
I love the Beethoven music ❤
Hi Andy. Always enjoy your videos
I really like the look of that steep sandbank you have there, gives character to the landscape
This man
This man is a legend
Thanks for this video. Always a learning experience watching you work. I am now motivated to include my Model Scene Trees into a Dio. VERY COOL !
thank you
Beautiful, Andy! You are the 'Picasso' of WW2 Diorama's!
Excellent work as always, Andy. You have a habit of posting something just at the right moment I need some tips and inspiration. I was just about to build something very similar to this right down to the sunken road and forest as a diorama for my newly built tamiya 1/35 king tiger and destroyed sherman scene.
+TheMojophotos Thank you
Nice,very good!
That's a real nice diorama Andy, I love you make a big diorama, many diorama is very small. maybe a little bit of stillwater in some of the hole could be nice to. thx for sharing, great video.regards from Denmark.

Andy's Hobby Headquarters - No thank you. I'm a young person. You, my Grandfather, and a few others made me get into this type of hobby. My first project was a WW2 Diorama. I didn't do it based off of any historical battles. I just did it for the fun. Let me tell you. I'm very greatful that there's YT Channels like this. If I get stuck I can go to these (mainly yours) and find guidence.
Have you thought about using a 'static grass applicator', it makes the modeling grass stand up giving a better effect..
Great video Andy !
+blueline308 Thank you

+averagescalemodeler 77 Thank you
Nice post, as always.
+Riff Thank you
Awesome lookin diorama, lots of skill.
you should use a static grass applicator, is easy to make and use and the finish result is totally better than putting it like you do here directly from the bottle :)
Another great video Andy! I hope you build some snow themed diorama in the near future! And may be even a figure painting tutorial too? Keep the videos coming, we love'em!
THANK YOU
At some point I would love to see another diorama video using the realistic water technique. I am interested to see how it works. Great videos, keep up the good work :)
Hi Andy, very interesting :) I have never done a diorama, might take my first step in that direction, thanks' again for putting this video up.

Wow thanks for the videos Andy. I really enjoyed this one
I wish we had a hobby store like this where I live, but ours closed in the early 2000s when I was a teenager.
very good.
another great helpful vid, thankyou.
Really enjoyed watching you create this diorama. It is amazing how much artistic flair is involved in the building or this. Nice work. Do you sell the Revell Monogram mat that you use in some of your model build videos?
Love your choice of soundtrack too!
Great diorama Andy, shame you never got to finish the LCM, looked like it would have been an awesome job 😉

+Toni G Castroviejo Thank you
Hi Andy,Quick question: How will you fix the tanks to the "road" ? looking at it, it does look like the treads are hovering off the ground. Would you drop a screw through the chassis into the plaster or the base? just wondering...Thanks
Brilliant post, could I give you a challenge? Try to build a blown up tank, I want to do this for my dioramas, but I have no idea how to, thank you
Go away you lard, I'm simply asking him as he has more experience than me, I had just started when I first saw this video. Additionally it's simpler to have something to inspire yourself from and learn from than to end up spending 60$ to have a terrible looking mode. Finally, if shaming people for wanting to get some inspiration is your idea of fun you should seriously visit a psychiatry ward. You look sixty and you are bashing some 20's person, great stuff.
armicv sounds like you won!
Andrew Bravery wow she even removed her replies... Or did Andy do it?
Good Stuff
im very well in doing models too. i thought about a business idea. can somebody tell me how much money costs those gresatful diaramas like these. because these one is very good and clear to see.how much money pay a lover of models for diaramas like these ??? . and to the end a big compliment to the constructer of the tiger tanks and the surroundings !!!
I Just finished 50% of the hobbyboss T35 heavy tank >:D it did took some time, but so far it looks good. I hope you could make it too :D
Andy, another great video, would love to continue to see more video how to's in the future maybe some Korean War tanks on firing lines on mountain ridge lines, crossing bridges etc. I could not find a link to the company you called Model Scene. Could you please post an update on how to reach said business? Thanks]
Could you try a model tank with a camo net and branches n stuff? That would be cool :D
Nice DioANDY :)
+MrBMBuilder Thank you
have you done a video on how to paint 1/35 figures?

its called hydrocal , its light weight plaster
Very cool what airbrush do you use.

Andy love your channel. When i was akid late 60's there was a set of aircraft models that included built in battel damage. Are they still around?
I love your job and your work, This should be considerated art , I am going to start to do some models , do you recommend some brand or some model ?
+SgtJack BR (xXSgtJackXx) Thank you yes I love Tamiya because of there ease of assembly
Andy's Hobby Headquarters oh, ok , any model i specific ?
The Key to static grass is using a static grass applicator.
Hi, Andy I like your video it shows some good ingenuity I was wondering what kind of kit you would recommend to a beginner modeler preferable something ww2 and German ?
i would recommend a Tamiya Kit , excellent quality and usually very easy build
You should get a static machine for the static grass there pretty cheap on eBay or kijiji
Nice diorama have you tried or have a clip on how to use tall grass? I bought a pack of long grass and not sure how to stick it onto the diorama standing up :(
this place is in arizona? i want to come. this place looks like heaven to me
Greetings from New England. Did you use a "Mold Release" when you did the track imprints?
Where does one find hydrocal to mix, hobby shop, WalMart, Michael’s?? Thanks
Nice work Andy. What product did you use for the weeds and shrubs (other than the static grass). I want to build a diorama like that now!
roubaixrider1 a tip for more landscape is look to model railroads
Hobbylinc is a site look for woodland science products
