Masala Thattai Recipe in Tamil | How to make Thattai at home in Tamil

- In this video we will see how to make thattai recipe at home in tamil. These masala thattai are super cripsy and full of flavor. The thickness of the thattais should not be too thick that they don't cook fully / crisp up and they thickness should not be too thin that they get burnt while frying. Thattais are a perfect snack to be served alongside tea/ coffee.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp pottu kadalai
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Channa dal (soaked for 1 hr)
1 cup Rice flour
curry leaves
1/2-3/4 tsp Chilli powder
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
required Salt
required Water
