Pro tip from someone who has done alarm d2d for 10 years. Become a creature of habit. Don’t be creative, do not reinvent the wheel. I hit the same 30 houses every single day, in the same way until I close them. I average 4 sales per week and ballpark 15k a month. Stay persistent. Only the truly irrational survive in this game

@@kalykalypso don’t worry, everyone at some point has felt that exact same thing. All I can say is when something works you pound it to the ground. People in d2d tend to get “fat” when they get paid. That’s most normal people. If you want to be successful that’s when you double down. Remember the best time to make a sale is just after another sale but maybe not necessarily the same day. You have to get to know yourself but most importantly you have to say consistent. Hold yourself accountable. I go out 12-7pm every day. Some days I get nothing, some days I get 3 back to back. Won’t know unless you’re out there.
I really wish people would not be so dehumanizing! There are shady reps, but not ALL are shady. I tell people that I respect their time and I expect that same in return! If you make an appointment with me, YOU better be there! It is a simple thing, but many in this world don't understand respect. Thanks for the video!

What’s the flat rate 2.99% or 3.5%?
Escalator on the PPA! We call it "less than inflation" but it is the rate at which power will NOW go up when the person has gone solar and gotten a PPA. This number is at the discretion of the rep.
