Ingredients:
2 lbs Pork Bones
Vietnamese Fish Cake (Chả Cá)
Dried shrimp
5 Shallots
1 cup Riped Pineapple
6-7 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Head of Cabbage
Salt
Rock Sugar
Mushroom Seasoning
Cooking Oil
Paprika
Others:
Vermicelli Noodle
Green Onions
Cilantro
Chili
Choice of veggies (lettuce, cabbage)
