    Hi! After putting in the shrimp and the rest of the seasonings, how long do you cook the broth for?

      Until the meat falls off the bone a bit, probably another 20-30 minutes.

    Can I use all purpose flour instead of rice flour?

      No that won’t work, that will be a totally different type of noodle.
